I've attended BestCare in Madras for several years now since coming over with Dr. Montee, the prescribing doctor from the program through Mosaic. The people are very kind and considerate, you don't feel judged which is great because coming into treatment can be stressful enough for some. I was referred to therapeutic associates after dealing with a weakness related injury from running. My main symptom being lower back pain (SI joint) glute pain, and knee pain during running. I was paired with Laura Cooper and Nate Palmer (so lucky to have gotten to work with both!!) and they gave me a ton of tools to build strength back in my glutes and core with a home program as well as in office training + body work. I really appreciated their thoughtful approach to answering my questions, helping troubleshoot the causes of the injuries, and helping to sustainably build me back up. I went from running 0 miles up to being able to successfully run again and got to squeeze in a 10k before the season ended! Thank you all for being the best.

PLEASE GO TO THIS DETOX IT IS THE BEST IN OREGON!! i first went to serenity lane detox and had the worst experience an experience that made me scared to try another detox facility but pacific crest trail detox saved my life it was more of a vacation for me and i met amazingpeople and the staff are more then willing to do anything to help you even if it's just finding resources, i just got out of detox today and i did NOT want to leave, i came there thinking there's no WAY i could stay 7 days and when the 5,6,7th day arrived i just did nOT want to leave it was a bitter sweet ending i felt so safe it's like a legit house and you have your freedom to do whatever i could bring my vape pretty much anything you can bring there that isn't drugs i felt so safe and taken care of it was the easiest detox ive ever been through i will be recommending pacific crest trail detox to EVERYONE who needs to go to detox there is NOOOO better place in oregon to detox than pacific crest trail. i thank all you staff members there for being so kind and patient and lifting me up and always willing to listen please go here if you are considering detox

I had the pleasure of staying at free by the sea for there residential program. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. The staff is very helpful, friendly and nice.The meals and kitchen staff are AMAZING. The counselors are great and really care about you and your recovery. Their program is also very helpful and informative. The only thing I would change is the amount of phones that the residential clients have access to use, (only one) and also the area it is used (the front lobby). Other than that, this place is amazing and I strongly recommend it to anyone who is in need of treatment. I definitely plan on staying in touch with the staff members and giving them updates on my recovery. I most definitely made great friendships with most of them!!!!
