I spent 48 days here and would recommend it to anyone as long as they do not get Anthony as their counselor. He is uncaring, has no empathy, and seems to derive pleasure on singling a person out within the group to pick on. He was horrible to me. He is also new at his job but I don't feel this can be used as an excuse for his apathetic behavior. I am troubled that I shared personal information with him because he took what I told him in confidence and used it against me. He gives you inaccurate information about very important things. So if you go to this treatment center, beware of Anthony! I can't say a bad thing about anyone else. The hub staff is great, and they've got some really good instructors there too. I love the staff and the program but my group with Anthony at the helm was not only not helpful but hurtful.
Everything and Everyone else deserves an A plus.

I just graduated from here Oct 6th 2025 it was amazing the staff truly cares for you and wants you to succeed I HIGHLY recommend the whole treatment is phenomenal they helped me get my whole life back on track. I was facilitator for the Women's Chapel at this TC for many years. There were a lot of ladies, and I saw very few women repeat the program during that time. The success rate for complete recovery is amazing! I believe it is because of the Gospel. I'm permanently disabled and would have lost my home of almost 9 years without assistance from Centro Latino Americano/ Plaza de Nuestro Comunidad. I've received assistance from many groups locally, and they are the *ONLY* group that has ever reached out to follow up and see how I was doing after receiving assistance, which means a lot to me.
To anyone looking to help finance a charity, this is one group that should not be overlooked or underestimated. They act quickly, and do not waste time.
I wish more people knew about this group and their work to help those in need.
For the staff, thank you all so much for changing my life during a time when the odds were against me and I could have lost everything.

Helpful, kind, and non judgemental people. They helped my family and I afford new housing when we were facing eviction, and gave us a head start
. The lady working with us was very personable and treated us with real care and humanity. We later forwarded other people who were in a tight spot, and they had a wonderful experience as well.

This crew is really amazing. They are always courteous despite my sometimes cruddy attitude. They really went the distance when my meds ran out. They advocated for me with my pharmacy to help me get my medication after a lapse which was my doing unfortunately. Recently, after a week-and-a-half hospital stay, my mother spent about two-and-a-half weeks here at Hillside. She was treated very well, very kindly, and very attentively. The staff were very friendly, communicative to her (and myself as her caregiver), and very good at their jobs.
Our family has had nightmare rehab stories from other facilities with other family members, so we went in with a negative predisposition, but we were relieved and glad to have those expectations subverted.

What a great place. The CNAs work hard, and the nurses are outstanding. Management listens to and addresses concerns of staff, residents, and their families right away. Maintenence is impressive and integritous. The food is quality, and the activities are creative!

Entered WFC on July 25th 2021 and I had the best experiences even during covid they kept the place running and my treatment plan was on spot I learned a lot about myself and I'm proud to say I graduated at 61 days and continuing in IOP.
If you have a loved one that is wanting treatment and wanting the care that I received from doctor's appointments to medication to manage drugs and alcohol to Great classes and wonderful counselors and wonderful staff all around and awesome food then I would recommend WFC

Bridgeway was amazing, my friend took me here after another 5 day black out after I had been sober for 33 days. The counselors & the rest of the staff here were amazing & incredibly helpful and understanding, then after talking with the counselors I decided to do residential treatment which was just as amazing. I’m doing outpatient treatment with them now & I’m coming up on 90 of sobriety on 7/31/25, life changing experience & im so greatful for this program.

I had an appointment yesterday at the Salem VA Clinic. I have Anxiety because of past experiences with the VA, so I wasn't looking forward to it at all. I was surprised at there being only a handful of patients in the waiting room. I thought that was a little odd. I've been part of the VA healthcare system for a while and Never have I seen a waiting room Empty... As soon as I gave my last name and digits I was ushered right into an Examination room. The nurse that took my vitals was Awesome and so was Dr. Salmon...❗ Dr. Salmon is Very Personable and Informative. I Hope he stays with the VA. Other Veterans with Anxiety about their healthcare will benefit from Dr. Salmon's Care and Attention to Detail. I'm not looking forward to seeing him any time soon, but if I do have to go to the VA with an emergency situation, he's The Guy I want to see. I'm Sicilian,so we have Guys for this and that in the neighborhood. This is The Guy you want to see at the Salem VA Clinic.

In August 2025 I will have been at Salem ctc for 8 years and in my experience if you just follow the requirements and stay true to yourself you will do just fine. I'm always hearing negative things as I stand in line waiting to dose and how people are always getting group holds even tho they say they attend the required amount but me personally as long as I'm on top of my groups and keep to myself as well as respect the staff, I never have any issues. It's all about what you make it to be. If your unhappy about the requirements and feel it's unfair then maybe this specific facility isn't your deal...

I was in Samantha's class on Tuesdays at 5:30. She is very well put together and I feel like I'm a better person just by knowing her. Wonderful therapist and a good person. I will actually miss my classes, but don't want to see them again ( in that situation )

Beyond grateful for the services I received while in my diversion classes. There is a ton of open and honest people in the classes that push no judgement on you when your speaking about the experiences you have had. And to Todd B i can’t thank you enough for the knowledge and atmosphere you created for all of us. I’m thankful to have met you although it was under the circumstances of getting a DUI.
