The nurses were amazing. Dr Costa...not so much. I had come out of the hospital after 8 days following some physical & mental health issues. He asked me for a list of my current medications that I wasn't able to provide at the time, so he filled everything Is presented to the ER upon admission. While I was there (because I have back issues & am disabled) they administered pain medication that they thought was necessary & I agreed. 5 days later he approached me in front of the staff and all of the other patients telling me that I had scammed him into providing it & brought me to tears in front of them all. I tried to explain that it was likely because he got the list from the hospital, but he insisted that Id lied and told him it was something I was already taking. It had been, but only when working & purposely not otherwise. He was adamant that I was some kind of drug fiend, cut me off and kicked me out although I was not yet in any shape to leave. His actions had very real consequences in my life, and yet he goes on doing what he does. It was explained to me by my PCP that it was likely because of the newish law saying that if you first prescribeOpioids, then you are responsible for anything related after that. Strange, because when I was able to get back to work; my PCP had no problem. I hope I don't ever have to go back, not only, but because Dr Kopta is still there. And I hope it won't be a matter of life & death like it was last time. Ask for another Doctor.

Love my providers at the Salem VA clinic. They listen and do their very best to get Community Care referrals set in motion when needed. The walk-in staff are amazing, quickly and correctly diagnosing issues and treating them.

I need a new counselor and called to ask if they were accepting new clients. I was told to call back next week, after the holidays. ?? Guess they aren't accepting new clients as their website suggests.

Do not trust Dr Kay Dieter. She is someone that should never have gone into mental health. I wonder how many patients who have or have tried to kill themselves because of her. I was one of them who begged her to help and she refused. Marion County Behavioral Heath hire people who hire people that seem to be the last of their class but still passed. lolDo better Kay Dieter. I studied mental health and would NEVER treat anyone the way she does,

I can't give them a lower score. This business is a complete joke!! I completed my classes almost 2 months ago and still don't have my certificate of completion. They never answer the phone and clearly see their clients as $$ cows.

my review is not about me but about my grand daughter and the response she has gotten which has been nothing.There is a great need not being met.

Bridgeway was no doubt,the beginning of the end of my addiction. I came in hopelessly addicted and had no idea of how I was ever going to get clean and stay that way. The people there truly cared about me and getting me help. I ended up at Adult and Teen Challenge which is a year long faith based recovery program and discipleship where I began my relationship with Jesus Christ. I am now 2 months into an internship with ATC and 15 months clean and sober thanks to the family of friends at Bridgeway and I am forever grateful to them for helping save my life.

I was At Trillium for 4 months starting in February. While I was there I witnessed many hostile situations that could have been prevented. I was involved in one being kicked in the uterus area leaving a horrible bruse across that area. I have very frequent trauma attacks and when I was having one staff would ignore me. Also the residential units are very under staffed. When they put residents in hold when trying to climb the fence or run away from the staff they leave bruises and they put 5 staff on one kid even after they stop resisting. Don't take your kids here!!

Funny, four of the seven reviews have all been posted within the last week, all giving five stars and none of them linking a profile picture.... Two one star reviews given, two years and five years ago and one five star given three years ago, all with a profile picture. It is written, "For nothing is secret that will not be revealed, nor anything hidden that will not be known and come to light.", Luke 8:17. These people need the five fold ministry, not an abusive man made 12 step program with a fake god.

I emailed and then spoked to a Ashley about jobs, resumes and making an appointment, given my info etc then after all this, she never responded with anything but empty promises, i even wanted to attend a job fair but told me not to that just let her know to set up an appointment and I did let her know I would like to set up an appointment but never did. Have emails to prove. Goodwill does NOT help as they should. Sure given me few job leads but nothing and i did fill out and i an on disability so i was hoping they could help cause the workforce doesn t really want to work a lot with those under disability. Again NOT helpful. May be time to write the corporate office .

Terrible people that automatically judge you as a criminal

Love the pharmacy and you help them by being and using them always there with answers and help !!and its tied to OSU as a teaching pharmacy ...so u get breaks on all ur scripts...i cant tell you enough to why they are angels in my life!!!along with the doctors and nurses and staff of Lincoln Health!!!Wonderful!!
