While I have had some less than ideal experiences with trying to get mental health services here, most of my interactions with CHD have been with the lovely people who do their public health/immunization services. I've been working through a needle phobia and the nicest people I've ever gotten shots from are here! Very kind, patient, and non-judgemental. I would recommend that people of any age who are bad with needles go here for their vaccinations.

HSI has been a complete life saver for my family. I can't put into words how much the entire Caldwell staff has meant to us and how life changing they've been.Unfortunately, we had a pretty epic failure of an interaction with Nichole who was working the crisis line tonight, which is the ONLY reason I took away a star. I'm pretty sure she must work at the Boise location, as she is NOT reflective of the amazingness we have always encountered at the Caldwell location!I HIGHLY recommend the Caldwell branch to anyone looking for help.
