While I have had some less than ideal experiences with trying to get mental health services here, most of my interactions with CHD have been with the lovely people who do their public health/immunization services. I've been working through a needle phobia and the nicest people I've ever gotten shots from are here! Very kind, patient, and non-judgemental. I would recommend that people of any age who are bad with needles go here for their vaccinations.

I've never been sold bad drugs and then thrown under the bus quite like by CHD. pretty good for psychiatry in this valley

Absolutely best clinic the VA has. Communication is quick the clinic is great at responding and quick for urgent medical needs. Best team Boise has!

From more services, more accessible community friendly leadership. Thoughtful and compassionate employees. If you have hesitated in the past because of past experiences or concerns, I would recommend giving them another shot. You may be pleasantly surprised.

i’m not sure why this place has bad reviews. from my pov i have a wonderful therapist who i enjoy talking to. there are a few rotten eggs within the system, but all i had to do was call and asked to be switched to a different person. this place has saved my life and i’m so grateful for it. 🩷

This VA facility is very nice. The people are nice. I haven't had a bad experience yet, and I can't say that about all va facilities.

The people that assist you are great. SERVICE depends upon the dr you are seeing. My overall experience has been great.

Having experienced various VA facilities, I've gained an understanding of the ideal attributes. There are still problems such as outdated infrastructure & extended wait times, but it's clear that certain VA facilities stand out. The staff at these exceptional facilities show a genuine commitment to their Veterans. They not only acknowledge but genuinely care about the pain and challenges Veterans have faced and continue to deal with. I recommend seeking care at facilities such as this one, where dedication creates an environment to Veteran support and healing.

Extremely kind and patient people! Everyone here was always super welcoming and lighthearted. The classes were genuinely helpful and everyone was incredibly supportive and made the process entirely painless. Very quickly made some wonderful friends that have made a huge impact in my life.

Peak has been my rock for some time so far best mental health facility I've ever had:) everyone is welcoming with open arms always happy to help in anyway they can!! I would strongly recommend anyone who needs any form of help to go to peak.

I went to the Recovery Cafe Saturdays at the WW Roastery by the airport for about two months at a time in my life when I was detoxing and getting off of marijuana. The community there was a good support to me at the time and I found many of the conversations useful and inspiring to continue down the path that I have elected. I've since left but I'm nearly 3 months straight edge sober and Recovery Cafe and Trilogy was instrumental in helping support the lifestyle that I want to live! Thank you Trilogy and Recovery Cafe.

These people are really understanding and I'm doing a lot better with my trauma,now i can finally breathe.

The only bright spot in this dreary place is Nurse Kelly. She's excellent! Keep her on staff please.

Like I have said before, Comprehensive was a saving grace to me. I haven’t had the best when it comes to therapists, but the prescribers continue to provide great service. I’ve been stable on medications for almost 4 years.. even with the transition of a new prescriber.

This place is amazing! They helped me so much. I’ve been waiting for over three years now thanks to so they’re teaching counseling classes. Gail is so kind! She cares she’s real. She has the best stories to relate to someone’s life in recovery. Her daughter is very sweet too. If you’re looking for a recovery that will stand out this is the right place to choose

Everyone on staff here is AMAZING! Monica is very helpful even if you're not a resident. Everyone is respectful, kind and caring. The whole facility and houses are clean, beautiful and welcoming.

I am not sure about other Lifeways locations as I have only been to this one. For me they have been very easy to work with and willing to do right by me even when I've made a mistake and ran out of medication several times. I love them

It was a great place for my Grand daughter to be.it helped her a lot.only thing I can see though is the caldwell,nampa area needs more of these halfway homes.Addiction is getting worse out there not better.my son has been calling rising sun a month now to be told everyday no, no bed yet.Today i,m praying is the day cause he was told hes the top of the list and,two over the weekend were leaving.so when he calls today he should be told there is a bed for him.hes been in a homeless shelter all this time and,theres drugs everywhere around him but,bless his heart he has been strong and,has stayed clear of it.

In the time of my growth here I have felt very welcomed and very comfortable with the people here and the lessons I am being taught. I don’t feel judged and it feels very rewarding to share sessions with other Individuals that I can relate to. I enjoy opening up about my experiences. I truly feel that I will be able to get through my trials and move forward because I know that the people helping me here are here to do just that! Friendly staff, safe place for recovery.

I just completed the MRT program they offer called Staying Quit. Before that, i was in the other level 1.0 continuing care program, and before that, i completed the level 2.1 intensive outpatient. I entered these programs after completing a long-term residential program in Spokane at Isabella House. Participating in these programs, in addition to doing individual sessions with my counselor there at least once a month, giving UAs when asked, doing weekly mental health therapy sessions with another provider, participating in 12 step meetings, getting a sponsor, and working steps has turned my life around 180°. I'm a firm believer that there is no one solution cure all for addiction. However, i also believe that everyone needs to figure out for themselves what works for them and what doesn't. For me, I had to fully engulf my life in recovery mainly due to knowing just how sick I truly was. Not every day is perfect. Some days just outright suck. But Serenity Point Counseling Services has helped ensure that I have the tools and support systems in place that I need to be successful in my recovery. I feel that the counselors actually listen to their clients needs and work with their clients to form individual service plans that target problem areas in their lives in order to keep progressing in recovery and ensure continued success even after discharge from the program. I was a client many years ago, and for anyone who has a preconceived notion of it not being an effective program from years past, i can tell you right now, this is not the same as it was then. So, for anyone struggling with their addiction, even if you're unsure if you need or even WANT help, reach out to them. What do you have to lose?

I just spent my 90 days there for my alcohol addiction. Overall I had a good experience. I had a great counselor, great teachers. The classes were just that, classes. It’s a rehab. It’s boring sometimes, sometimes there isn’t anything to do. But hey, sobriety has that too. Most of the TA’s were cool. Cigs, chew, vapes were allowed, it just had to be at specific times outside. Phones were allowed, just not during class or in the admin building. The food was good and the ladies in the kitchen are genuinely nice people. I enjoyed going to AA, but you could go to NA if you want with the TA’s. Overall it was a good experience and I appreciated the people there. I honestly think you get what you put into it. I appreciated the time I had and I am happy to be sober.

This detox is absolutely the best state accepted facility in the state! The staff are so very kind and accommodating to any and everyone's needs! I'm transgender (MTF) and they treated me with nothing but kindness and respect and made me feel no different than anyone else! I would highly recommend this facility!

First thing I was pleased with was how quickly my family and I were accepted and seen. We are blessed to be counseled by Richard Seigler who always responds when we need him, and the office is warm and inviting like sitting in our home living room. They have really helped our family dynamic. Connected us with all the resources needed and we never felt judged which is very important to me. If you’re looking for help from good people don’t hesitate to call them. We have never had a problem with communication, or call backs. I've even seen people walk-in and try to demand immediate services and they were always polite to them. (They are just like any other office, you can't just call, or show up and expect that they are available. However you’ll be pleasantly surprised how they will do their best to get you in quickly.) They just really care and we couldn’t be happier with them (Enrich Therapy) If you need counseling, definitely give them a call and ask for Richard Seigler

Richard Seigler as booked as he, surprisingly made it super easy to book with him. He answered all my questions making me super comfortable, and confident choosing him. He is very professional, caring, and highly competent. He is extremely conscientious about maintaining client confidentiality, and works hard with his clients to tailor therapy to the specific needs/challenges that the individual is facing. I have found him to be so extremely helpful in dealing with my specific private issues, and other challenges. His office is super calming, and makes me feel safe at home. I am so thankful and, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
