Out of every place that I researched and took my traumatized bonus children too after everything that they went through as children, this place hands down is absolutely amazing in every way. My 14-year-old that was having the roughest time, he was suicidal, he was super aggressive, he was self-sabotaging, he was just spiraling in every way because he didn't know how to do with his emotions. Being angry sad mad handling everything at once he was never allowed to express.He was very shy and he didn't know how to open up to strangers, but this place he is now on his second stay there. He absolutely loves it! He loves how many therapy groups there are, he loves the one on one sessions, everything about it he is completely positive about it I see a whole new child! He says he feels like he's finding himself and he said schools for himself, uses specific coping skills for all situations and triggers etc.This facility has massively changed his mindset and I could not be more grateful. The staff is incredible. They gave me my son back. I would highly recommend this place for any teen that is struggling in any way shape or form. From trauma, drugs, addiction, abuse all of the above. If your child will take in what they have to offer it will change their lives.I 100% would recommend this place in a heartbeat and have been to everyone that I know that has having similar issues with their teens. There are not enough facilities that take our children's mental health to consideration and give them what they actually need. Been to urgent care here twice. First time the Dr called me crazy and acted like I was faking my symptoms. I walked out cussing him out. He wrote a little paper on me for Dr V to read saying I was hostile. After Dr V seen me(west clinic), he diagnosed me with Rocky Mountain spotted fever and laughed at the urgent care Dr notes saying the symptoms were there if he would listen.Second time was yesterday. I was wondering if I compressed or messed up my Ulnar nerve. Pain would not go away. I was on 3hrs of sleep. When I decided to go to the Dr, my mom called me, I ended up crying on the phone with her and I told my kid to get in the truck. Her hair was a mess and she had been playing in the sand making sand castles.After xrays, I'm talking to the Dr and DHS rolls in with the accusations I'm high and my kid is being neglected because she's dirty. They try to run over my rights, telling me I can't leave and they are talking to my child alone in the other room. I call my lawyer, yes I have one always on detainer, and she asks if I'm being detained. Dhs says no but you can't leave, I grab my daughters hand and keep walking out ignoring all the screaming telling me to stop and kept listening to my lawyer telling me to walk calmly and get out of there.I will be filing a complaint on this issue and seeking legal consequences for CPN clinic and DHS
