I ve called on HOW before to move residences and always had a great experience. Today was no different. The crew were all polite, charming, and incredibly efficient. They handled my belongings with the upmost care and attention. I will definitely be contacting them for any future moves.

My son hasn t been seen in a few years because Casey helped him so well. He has learned to control his anger and express his feelings correctly. Would definitely recommend Casey.

We always loved therapy works for occupational therapy. Unfortunately years ago scheduling didn't work out so we had to let them go. So thankful to be able to come back to them and get support.

This is going to be long and Im already in tears. I can't even put in words how grateful I am of this place and the people there to the ladies in the front desk(sorry don't know names) to Dr.Shelby and Tyler I love yall for real. I've been here for about a year now. In the beginning I was jobless addict my ex-wife didn't let me see or talk to my kids for 2 years but now they are in my apartment for a whole week. It was hard and difficult but there is no way I would have done it without yall. I wish yall alot of blessings in the future. Thank you from me and my family. I love yall.

I don't know what I would do without this place, they are a true blessing for my life. They have genuinely cared about me, and I'm thankful every day for that.

The reception is always very friendly and courteous and is willing to help with any need of the patient.

Out of every place that I researched and took my traumatized bonus children too after everything that they went through as children, this place hands down is absolutely amazing in every way. My 14-year-old that was having the roughest time, he was suicidal, he was super aggressive, he was self-sabotaging, he was just spiraling in every way because he didn't know how to do with his emotions. Being angry sad mad handling everything at once he was never allowed to express.He was very shy and he didn't know how to open up to strangers, but this place he is now on his second stay there. He absolutely loves it! He loves how many therapy groups there are, he loves the one on one sessions, everything about it he is completely positive about it I see a whole new child! He says he feels like he's finding himself and he said schools for himself, uses specific coping skills for all situations and triggers etc.This facility has massively changed his mindset and I could not be more grateful. The staff is incredible. They gave me my son back. I would highly recommend this place for any teen that is struggling in any way shape or form. From trauma, drugs, addiction, abuse all of the above. If your child will take in what they have to offer it will change their lives.I 100% would recommend this place in a heartbeat and have been to everyone that I know that has having similar issues with their teens. There are not enough facilities that take our children's mental health to consideration and give them what they actually need. First off, I want to say WHAT A FRESH BREATH OF AIR compared to Laureate . If I could save anyone from going through the horror I went through @ LAUREATE I will, @PARKSIDE is SO much more professional and put together. @MASI is UNMATCHED, her energy, attitude and smile are always there. She does an OUTSTANDING job calling and confirming your appointment/reminding. @LAUREATE I was told APPOINTMENT REMINDERS/THE CARD THEY GIVE YOU WITH YOUR APPOINTMENT WHEN LEAVING IS A curtesy NOT mandatory . RIDICULOUS. Parkside has done a great job of communicating with me as ANY mental health physicality should. Dr.Sharp works WONDERS, she is genuine about her work, and really really listens to you. She is there anytime I need her, and she is full of resources. I have never been so comfortable with a MH professional. She really makes me feel seen and heard. I could go on and on about how great Masi & Dr.Sharp are, my outpatient experience has been night and day different from past MH Professionals . I learned the hard way through experience on WHO actually takes MH and their clients seriously and appropriately. NEGATIVE stars for others, 5 stars for outpatient services. LOVE Masi & Dr.Sharp. You guys do change lives, thank you for the work you do.

The people here are always so nice and friendly. Personally Ms. Roger s is an exceptional therapist. She goes above and beyond for her clients and their families.
