I went here for a year at a young age of 12. The Marsh Foundation help me in so so many areas in my life. I was 7-8 grade, and I chose to repeat the 8th grade here and get caught up in school. I was at least 3 years behind in almost every subject. My school back home just kept passing me. Best thing I could have done for myself. I learned table educate, better in school, worked in the fields potatoes, tomatoes, worked in the Cannery too. Miss Lupe, and Miss Helene I remember. Great, Godly women. Been going here for years. Have worked with Dr. Katz, Valerie Mumaw and Dr. Brickner. The providers and staff have always treated me with respect and worked patiently and pleasantly to iron out any problems. It was a little rough getting used to Valerie after Dr. Katz but with some patience on my part, we gained a better understanding of each other and now I've found her to be a caring and patient provider. Dr. Brickner has been great to work with as well, affable and kind with appropriate focus on and genuine concern for a clients mental health and well-being.I'm sorry for all the people who've had such poor experiences as I have found this to be one of the best facilities of it's kind with wonderful people.

I am very pleased with the care I am receiving at PBH in Decatur. I went to another facility in my area and felt like I was a experiment because they couldn t get my medications right. The last counselor that I had their seemed like she didn t have much experience with adult problems. My counselor here at PBH not only is listening to the train wreck my life has become, but she s giving me the tools to get things back on track. Highly, highly recommend!!! I've been going to spero health clinic for about 5 years now,they are absolutely amazing,I went to spero health in Chillicothe for about 3 years they're amazing and we moved to Dayton and I started going to spero health clinic on main Street in trotwood Ohio and they are also amazing,they treat you like family never judge you they make sure your taking care of,get your medicine and they also work on tapering you down when your ready.
