Been going here for years. Have worked with Dr. Katz, Valerie Mumaw and Dr. Brickner. The providers and staff have always treated me with respect and worked patiently and pleasantly to iron out any problems. It was a little rough getting used to Valerie after Dr. Katz but with some patience on my part, we gained a better understanding of each other and now I've found her to be a caring and patient provider. Dr. Brickner has been great to work with as well, affable and kind with appropriate focus on and genuine concern for a clients mental health and well-being.I'm sorry for all the people who've had such poor experiences as I have found this to be one of the best facilities of it's kind with wonderful people.

I was assured over a telephone conversation with a lady named Jennifer that they could meet my needs 100%. Well, as it turns out that was false. first off the AA meetings is run by whom ever from the clients (Blind Leading the Blind). They had no true structured AA groups---and NO 12 Step Books to study from. The whole AA was a big joke!
In one week there were fights among clients and other altercation(s) on average of 2-5 times per day.
There were never any quiet moments to relax and unwind because of the loudness and disruptions coming from clients throughout the complex.
The staff was of little to none in controlling the disruptive clients and more or less turned a blind eye and closed ear to the negative environment with in the entire complex.

Sharron is so kind (a bit intimidating in the beginning, but once you get to know her shes very caring) and is always on top of medications, ready to listen to anything Im struggling with and has never made me feel badly for needing to switch medications (which Ive done several times)! She literally looks at anything and everything to make sure that all the bases are covered on my health. Its very easy to access my information on the online patient portal that they use too.
