I am working through a TBI and am comfortable with Dr. Mathur and Karen treating me. This could be a very stressful time, and with their support I am confident that I can weather this storm.I cannot sing their praises loud enough or long enough, truly the best of the best.

Nervous at 1st; felt comfortable talking w/Shawn. Thought it made no sense having that much paperwork especially when it wasn't used. Why not mail it to the patient prior to their appt so they can truly read it or give it to patient after seeing Nurse P to take home & bring back when seeing therapist.??

Thank you for finally giving me my real father. Greg Enold was such an amazing man. I am forever grateful for you giving him the tools to better himself and find god. Even though his life was cut short you will never understand how grateful and thankful I am for none of you ever giving up on him.

I'm so thankful for this place and the doctors and my counselor!! If it wasn't for them I dunno if I would be alive?!

This facility has been a wonderful resource to help my family and myself. I ve read some of the other reviews and I ve never had a problem getting paperwork done, filed, completed or faxed. All of the nurses, nurse practitioners, therapist and front desk workers are amazing and helpful! However if you are unwilling to do the work or take their advice, don t expect results without doing some work. Some parts of therapy are harder to work through but at the end of the day, your mental health will improve so much. I have recommended so many friends and family members to this facility. I would also like to mention that the therapist and nurses are very knowledgeable in other medical issues one might have that doesn t necessarily relate to psychiatric disorders. They all have helped me cope and kept me informed on my treatment options that my doctors weren t helping me with.

I've made a lot of progress and I love how they have good counselors that also offer emdr.

I've been to many counselors and never felt comfortable opening up completely. The first time I met with Nicole, I left knowing this was going to be a great experience, and I felt comfortable being totally transparent. She has helped me find myself again and continues to work on me to be the best version of me! Thank you, Nicole!!!

Brooke is an awesome psychiatrist. She really listens to what you have to say with your history and what has worked for you in the past and has great suggestions on things that may help benefit you in the long run. Best psych I've ever had.

Hello back in 2012 this facility was amazing they cared and they helped with everything the rooms where nice food was great and staff was great some had attitude but it was like what I ve been reading in these reviews I am so hurt that this facility has turned into this is a disappointment to me this place saved my life I read a lot of the reviews and man everyone is saying the same things I m going to pray for this place and the people who need this help it s not fair at all wow I am shocked and sad man

My experience at Preferred Care Counseling has been truly life-changing. I had been through three other therapists before discovering Preferred Care. They have top-notch practitioners who CARE. I recommend them to anyone I talk to when it comes up in conversation. Ru and Larry are amazing!!!

I had to write a review just for that girls tantrum about Sarah. I ve seen her for 5 years and went from agoraphobia to social anxiety. Progress doesn t happen over night therapy is a process and calling her a prissy princess is so embarrassing for you. You obviously need some healing and sorry this place wasn t right for you. Sarah offers ranges of therapy that is effective if you stick to your treatment plan.
