I have been to brightview and gotten help twice first time was when the first opened ever. I did have a great experience, the worst was the wait time the first few induction days,6 hours first and 4 hours the 2nd. Now this time returning back and going through the induction process was not that bad at all. I mean literally 3 hours tops was the wait, and if that's all I have to do is come into a office, and get screened, counseling, seen by doctor and being medicated on site same-day, plus you this office is cleared for courts,CPS,etc....That I was very happy with, thank goodness things are moving forward with brightview they have moved in a positive direction and still are expanding more and more just by the day which is awesome. They offer counseling onsite,virtual/telehealth,and the phone calls from where you feel most comfortable to open up and deal with what's holding you back from moving forward in life itself.I'm glad to share my positive experience with whomever reads this, people are very nice, and can tell they love the job they have ,and love to help people, that's exactly what we need not someone to point fingers and tell us what they believe and read about in stories instead some are recovering addicts them selves. Can't be at that, come on ladies and gentlemen that know they are just done with the old you and you are ready for so much more brightview is definitely a great experience for anyone... Hope to see you all very soon great day and great holidays, and a happy new year for bigger and better things...

I attended the IOP at Changes and loved it! I was very apprehensive to attend group therapy, but it was truly the best decision I have ever made. My therapists, Jenna and Maddie, were so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. In group, you learn about skills to cope with anxiety and depression. The skills I have learned are truly life-changing and empowering. I attended therapy for one month.Every person I have met at Changes, from nurses to administrators and the psychiatrist, have all been kind, accepting and loving.Changes is a safe place to be yourself, be vulnerable and learn. Make the choice to attend, you won t regret it.

I went to the ER. Took me less than 5 minutes to get checked in, verses a half hours paper work to check in and 3 hours sitting in the waiting room to be seen. 5 minutes later they were taking me back to be tended to. Staff was pleasant, and friendly. I was treated with the utmost respect. Until today I did not know that all my needs could be met thru the VA. I was very naive about being able to use the VA medical center. Even though I am a veteran, I didn't think I qualified for medical services. They got the ball rolling on fixing my health issues. I will never go to a civilian hospital again, knock on wood.

I haven't had good experiences with hospitals in the past so I was prepared to be disappointed. We were transferred to the ER from another hospital. I had the sense that they were ready for us before we even got there. My son broke his hip and was in surgery within a few hours after getting there. The nursing staff was outstanding in both taking care of my son and us. We didn't get a lot of time with surgeon before hand but she made sure that all of our questions were answered. After surgery, they made it a priority to get us back to recovery to see him. We really never waited for anything. Their follow up after we got him home was well done as well. I would not hesitate to take my kids back there for anything they needed.

If it wasn't for Eastway I would have been dead by now. I've been with them for 15 years. But their housing program is okay. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. . I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health.
