HRS is where all my recovery seeds were planted more than 18 years ago. I went to Bassett House willing at 15. The staff at HRS and Bassett were AMAZING! The nurse from Bassett is still in my contacts to this day! Has it been easy? No. Has it been worth ot. Yes! I would highly reccomend! The aftercare will be just as crutial!

I spent the week out at hocking hills and of course the last day ends in injury 😅 I went in at 9pm on a full moon and was still back at the cabin by midnight! This plce truly saved my life, i went there for substances other thwn alcohol, at times it can feel like being in high school all over again but at th3 end of the day it just works as long as youre willing to do the work, the staff goes above and beyond and out if their way to help you. Best Brightview period. Best addiction treatment facility period. In the course of my recovery, I have been to over 4 addiction treatment programs. Brightview was by far the best. This location has the most professional staff around. In 6 years, I had not even one complaint! My boyfriend went with me to every single appointment at this location and was not harassed once for supporting me. I owe my life to these people! I would not have the amazing life I have today, without them. In the 6 and a half years I have been with them, I have not relapsed once and am almost completely weened off of Suboxone. I felt completely safe here and everyone who worked here is trustworthy. That is paramount for a successful recovery. If you don't even feel comfortable going in to the place that is supposed to be helping you, there is NO chance of successful recovery. Update: I am now fully off of Suboxone. Even at a low dose it was not easy. I could not have ever done it, without the support I received here.

Everyone has been so nice and friendly to my family. They have gone out of there way to be accommodating to any thing that is in there probably of the serves they offer or can fine to offer. And that's amazing foresight for health care works to give damn. There trained not to! Not the doc that is on the computer. Well,he's like any other doctor cold 😷 🥶 as a fish so there my impression ,love the receptionist. The nurses are just sweethearts and the nurse practitioners are just the greatest and they really listen. Just great people all around.

Amazing service. Great staff. Just yesterday I had an appointment at this clinic. Afterwards I went to Rural king and dropped a salt lick block on my toe. Worried that it might be broken, I returned to the clinic. As a walk in, I asked the clerk if they do X-rays and explained my situation. She said take a sit, they'll be right with you. Not 10 minutes later, I had my X-ray taken and I was out the door heading home. I am very blessed to have access to this clinic. They do great work and I would recommend this clinic to any veteran in the area.

The entire staff has been great. Nothing but good positive things to say. I have been treated with compassion and kindness the 8 days I have been in their care. I will never go anywhere else for health care. The problem was identified quick and treatment began immediately. Thank you to the entire staff for the taking such good care of me.

Great VA Clinic at ZANESVILLE, OHIO. Started going there during COVID and have steadily had good care from them. Professional staff, courteous schedulers, great lab staff. Great that the mobile audiology lab stops in. No complaints.

Usually the va is ran by idiots but this one is great. Dr kahn actually seems like he cares and is actually competent. Great place.

Staff is professional and takes time to know the patient and always makes sure you are always doing your best. They work with you and never show judgement. I would recommend anyone to spero health if they really want to improve their lives from addiction. They do their best as a whole and each member separately!!!!

The Adena Behavioral Unit is the best! If you or someone you know is having a mental health crisis, this is the place to come. The caregivers, nurses, and staff are wonderful. The food is good, you will not go hungry. Everyone there is supportive and wants to see you get better! No worries about being mistreated. I actually felt cared for, not judged, and steered in the right direction. You will not regret coming here for mental health help. <3

If you or your loved one is having a mental health crisis, come here for help. If you are black or POC (I am a black woman) you will feel safe and comfortable here. The Adena Behavioral Health Unit is amazing! The nurses are fantastic, the way the program is structured is to get you help, and get you home. No worries about frightening experiences here. This is the best mental health treatment I've ever gotten. Dr. King is amazing, she helped me a lot. By time I left, I felt more secure with programs, information, and medication that is helping me get my mental health stable and begin my healing process with the RIGHT therapy. As someone who's struggled since my youth, I can say, I am very grateful. Please please...if you're struggling or know someone who is, this is the place to start.

Great flexibility. I mess my appointment times up regularly and they have never given me any greif for it, and always get me in with no trouble. The staff is friendly and super supportive. Both of these are not typical for these clinics, in my experience. Spero is a breath of fresh air. I look forward to talking to everyone.

Been to multiple different clinic, this is by far the best one I've been to (except maybe the one I had to pay $300 a month for, but cash buys kindness and Drs that care). If you or a loved one wants help and have at Medicaid. Go here, Brightview keeps you on average of 3 hours and you'll have a new counselor every other week and have to basically restart your progress.
