About North Dayton Addiction Recovery Services
North Dayton Addiction Recovery Services is an outpatient addiction treatment center located in Dayton, Ohio. They treat patients suffering from opioid and alcohol addictions. They offer medication assisted treatment (MAT) administered by a team of medical professionals and tailored to the needs of each individual, as well as counseling services. For those who require residential care, the clinic may refer you to a drug rehab center in the area.
Their outpatient MAT services consist of the individual visiting the clinic as often as the doctor sees fit in order to receive Suboxone/Sublocade medication for opioid addiction. This treatment will reduce withdrawal symptoms and help with cravings even after reaching sobriety. For alcohol addiction, patients will undergo behavior modification sessions, data monitoring, and other therapy treatments modeled after the Sinclair Method. For severe cases of alcohol addiction, the patient may be medicated with Vivitrol injections.
North Dayton Addiction Recovery Services may accept most major insurances, such as Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Humana, United Healthcare, and others. Contact your provider to verify coverage because out of network benefits can vary.

Levels of Care
Outpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Treatment
Substance Abuse
Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.
Clinical Services
Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.
