Love my group of dedicated staff, however, rescheduling happens often when dealing with 4 different members to my team. But that is life sometimes...on both sides.
Holy smokes. I left a very positive review several years ago but I must say that Heartview is NOTHING like it used to be. The staff is the worst. I have never made such a sincere and honest effort to try getting help before my life spiraled out of control and at every turn they have thrown up a road block. I can't imagine if this was sleeping I didn't want! I absolutely would NOT NOT recommend. WE NEED BETTER OPTIONS NORTH DAKOTA!

We are committed to providing the best opportunity and environment for those seeking recovery to be successful. If we fall short of that mark, we would want to know more about the circumstances in order to make the necessary changes. If you are willing to provide this important feedback we would love the opportunity to make appropriate changes to our services. Please contact info@heartview.org with questions.
Sorry for the confusion, Grace. We do have a handicap-accessible entrance in the back of the building for those who need it.
