I have been to 12 treatment centers and ARC is by far the best. The staff truly cares. They have a different approach to addiction treatment. I cannot express with words how grateful I am for ARC.

Ashville recovery center was a great place. I was there for eight weeks. I was able to learn a lot about myself. The community is a great place As well as the staff members. They make you feel heard and cared for. If you are struggling with an addiction, I definitely suggest coming to Asheville recovery center.

Great doctor visits and virtually is a super helpful! The therapists are ok, I guess you really have to find the right one for you. My first therapist was a major problem but when I got the courage and encouragement from others to speak up, I was set up with a new therapist and my first therapist was handled appropriately. Overall a good place to get guidance for your mental health. Keeping your mental health in good shape is extremely important and I would recommend Monarch any day to assist with that.

Allie Bell is amazing she listens to me she understands the problems I have. And I am very pleased with the way she takes care of me,she has got me feeling a lot better than I used to be. I know I still have a long way to go but I know that with her I'm going to get there all doctors should be like her. I also started with my new therapist and I know it's only been one session but I believe that she's going to be an awesome fit she seems to care quite a bit and she has already got short-term goals set up for me and went over them with me and I'm very pleased with her as well

Pavillon is one of the MOST trusted treatment centers I've ever come across for addiction recovery in the mental health industry! I've never been so blown away by the care of their clinical team. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for inpatient, residential care for someone looking to heal from their substance use addiction!

Southeastern Recovery Center is such a wonderful program. Bre in admissions is one of the most caring and empathetic people you could ask for when starting the journey of recovery. She, along with the whole admissions team, make a very scary process feel welcoming and supportive. The clinical, medical, and behavioral health staff are amazing too. they truly care and give individualized care every step of the way. If you or a loved one are looking for help, I highly recommend this program.

This is the first and last detox/recovery center I will have ever attended and i will admit that i was a bit uncomfortable and timid because i had no idea what to expect. I was greeted immediately after exiting my car and brought on a brief tour and then brought to my room where i stayed a bit out of a fear of the unknown. i will fast forward to keep this brief but after getting to know the staff as well as the other patients i actually didn't want to leave. In fact i did leave after detox and came back less than 24 hours later to stay in the residential section and because I missed the environment as a whole, especially the commrodory which is so strong that i would imagine it may only be rivaled by the army/military etc. I have gained a priceless amount of knowledge and wisdom and when my final night approached...all i could think about was coming back just to feel like i am surrounded by people whom actually understand me.

Freedom Detox is an amazing, comfortable place, with kind staff, good food, and qualified medical care professionals who are willing to discuss treatment options. As your time in detox wraps up, there are talented after care coordinators like Jennifer who will help you find options for further treatment. In the meanwhile, there are puzzles, arts, crafts, games, footballs, soccer balls, badminton, and other fun activities. Overall, Freedom Detox is a place where recovery is taken seriously in a highly comfortable environment. Highly recommend.

Brighter Start helped me in so many ways. I was fresh from prison, new to Wilmington, only a few months clean from being on drugs for 10 years. I was starting from nothing and scared to death. Never talked about the baggage I had been carrying for so long. All the pain and all the anger was why I stayed on drugs. Colten, Todd and Sarah are the absolute best at what they do! Being able to finally let go of all the weight that held me down was a blessing that I’ll always cherish. I worked hard and stayed focused determined to get my life back. I’m a year and a half clean, have my own place, brand new truck, a job that keeps me busy an all thanks to Brighter Start. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for them! 🩵🩷🩵🩷🩵

Brighter Start has been a true blessing in my life. Everyone from start to finish has a genuine heart to see people be better. They actually take the time to care for people who are ill which can lead to the use of drugs, alcohol, etc.. I have been to both the detox and rehab side of ADACT. I had a good experience. I felt welcomed and the staff is great especially Kelly, she goes above and beyond for the patients. The doctors and therapist helped me stabilize my meds.The classes were great too i learned different ways to cope and retrain my brain to start good habits to replace the bad. As an addict I felt like I was somewhere I could relate to my issues that not everyone can understand. Coming out of a toxic marriage that led to my addiction and mental health it was good to be somewhere different and around new people to get away from my usual triggers and start to take the first step to recovery and living a healthy life. When I finished they guided me in the right direction to continue staying on track for my recovery.

I went to Structure House in 2019. I can’t say enough about it. It helped me get into shape with the exercise classes and equipment. It helped me to develop healthy eating habits and because I stayed the whole month, I was able to stop my sweet cravings. In addition the classes taught me some great skills to catch myself when I want to go back to bad habits. I am actually 20lbs lighter now then when I was when I left (144lbs) and now in my husband has lost weight from the skills I learnt when there. My diabetes is a little better. So thankful for Structure House!

It was my first visit and I'm already planning to return next year. Staff is outstanding and I have made significant improvements to my health. There is something for everyone here. Applying for Bethel Colony of Mercy was the first stop in the steps I’ve taken to turn my life around from a life style of very many colors and wrong choices. The staff and guidance that are involved with this Christ recovery transformation center are beyond immaculate. Without those individuals one on one advisory, classroom lessons, daily tasks, genuine fellowship, and of course the power of God I wouldn’t be making the right choices now to be reunited with my loved ones. Or, have my life together by any means of doing this “thing” called life all on my own. I am forever grateful for everyone that god placed into my life through making the decision to go to bethel colony of mercy 😇 Sending prayers to the women’s and men’s campus’ for their strength, unity, protection, faith, and healing. I can't thank Peggy Lombardo (Alumni Coordinator) enough for saving a family member's life. She befriended "Will" long before he was willing to seek help. He was never alone in life because she checked on him regularly and gently coaxed him into getting the help that he desperately needed. Approximately 7 months after reaching out, Will made the decision to better his life by accepting Peggy's offer of help. Once his decision was made, Peggy instantly started moving mountains to get him the help he needed. She was in daily contact with his family offering her advice, supplying helpful contact information, and even talking him through his fears when they became too great and he wanted to run. As a result of Peggy's unrelenting quest to help Will, he has received a Certificate of Completion from the Midwood Addiction Program where he received counseling, housing, a sense of community, independence, and gradually took control of his life again. A little over a month after graduating, Will has found employment and is ready to start this new healthy chapter in his life. When asked if he ever talks to Peggy anymore, the answer is "yes! she's full of valuable resources.". How do you thank someone who has saved the life of someone you thought was lost forever? There is no repayment plan that could ever be enough for this angel on earth. Peggy will always be our angel. She truly has an amazing gift and we are forever in her debt. XO

Great place! Coming into this I was a little skeptical about being treated well. The staff and therapist took their time with me, to tend to my needs as a new patient. I had some bumps along the way until I met Evie Dillard. She was so helpful to me by giving me extra resources to get ready to exit treatment. I’m talking about food, shelter and even information about great jobs. I started working, got a place to rest my and made great friend for life. Thank you so much, Evie.

Lemme tell you about the housing situation 1st. I read the good reviews and the horrible and the bad kinda concerned me. I can tell you the bad was not only exaggerated but most just someone salty and spreading total BS. There are no rodents and I've never been to a house that had zero bugs not even a fly before I got here, not even my father's house. Ok so these 2 floor some with a upper smoking/ lounge deck are nice nice! 4 bedroom 3 full double sink bathrooms , two with walk-in shower , I bath / shower and a half bath by living room. It's fully stocked with any pans coffee pot anything you need. The staff are some of the nicest ppl and you absolutely get to know them. You are treated pretty much how you treat them. Just be kind! Midwood center was the one I went to and the staff there are always awesome. If you need something just speak up, I've seen ppl come through and expect everyone to be mind readers. I would list everyone I love at Harmony but I'm horrible with names but there are standouts. Christine, Crystn (sik). Byron,Lisa, Miss Gail ( Amber always pushing DBT therapy 😬) Bobby, the tech who's name escapes me that calls everyone "Big Dog) And Lastly but firstly Miss Peggy who is the sweetest person I've ever met and she saved my life just by getting to know me calling my phone to talk to someone else. She had my back and actually drove to Salvation Army and helped me get insurance, talked me into Salvation Army in first place and bought my broke ass two packs of smokes She is absolutely a gift from God and deserves to be the highest paid at Harmony! But I'm betting she would do it for free No fear y'all this place is absolutely what you make it. Buddy Stovall

I have been going to several different m.a.t. treatment places over the past ten years or so and had alot of different counselors at these clinics, but never have I had a counselor like the one at Greensboro New Season's, in the past they were all the same paper work pushers having you sign stuff quickly and go on your way. They gotta go through alot red tape, to make this happen. They are not really counselors at these places, but at this particular new season's I met a counselor named Mrs. Lisa. I can't think of her last name cause that's how everyone refers to her but mrs.lisa was a real counselor she asks questions then has questions about those questions she really cares she remembers you and what your talking about at first I didn't know how to take it like this lady sure is nosy, but she began to counsel me and help me with my marriage my kids my job and my family as a whole.She is a really caring person and changed the whole dynamics of my household she really doesn't know how much she has helped. I may have to relocate soon to another clinic and I am gonna miss this place. Hands down best clinic I have ever been to and I been to quite a few. If you need help give getting off opiods give methadone a try it changed my life for the better most definitely. GO- check out Greensboro New Season's they got alot of good people up there. SAVE YOUR LIFE.

Where do I even begin… A little over a year ago I decided I couldn’t go on anymore, and needed to change. My life sucked, my relationships were destroyed, always broke, and I was heavily addicted to fentanyl. Walking through those doors felt impossible, but it wasn’t, and I did it! Highly recommended. Caring services has been a blessing to me in so many ways. They provide food, counseling. They not only provide shelter and IOP classes, they also get me to medical appointments that I've neglected to go to for years. I truly was saved by this service and am forever thankful for their care. After 2 successful months, I got into a verbal argument with my housemate and we were both discharged so if you go, be careful and follow every rule to the T. Despite the disappointing ending, I still highly recommend caring services!

Have been going to port for 6 years, I’m so glad they help me when I didn’t want to be help and pushed me to do better, and I have learned a lot about myself and tones of coping skills, and for that I will always be grateful ☺️

The ten-week CASP program is one of the best Recovery programs in WNC. While other Pyramid programs are half full of people who were "pushed" there (by DSS, the Judge, their PO, their spouse) but CASP was full of 9 men who really want to stay clean. CASP also has their own grant funding, separate from other departments, which is why this program has so much respect in this area of the southeast.

I have been here for a long time and have 27 take homes. If u actually wanna get clean and not just use it bc u can’t find anything else than the place is good plus since getting a new head nurse “that we needed so bad” n when Anna was the director things have gotten much better. even tho Anna is not there anymore she got it together and it seems like the new director is following her lead, the only bad thing I can say about Baart is if someone skips line or being disrespectful and you say something then I would be punished by holding my take homes over my head while the other person who started the mess has no take home’s receive no kinda punishment.

I started going to BAART 5-6 years ago after struggling with opioid addiction for years and I personally feel as if it saved my life. . . But I wanted it to. There are some amazing people who work there and who truly care about the patients recovery and bettering their lives. There are the people who work the program to really get themselves better and then there's the ones who just use the methadone to "not be sick" or in withdrawl but still use/get high. I have recommended BAART to multiple people and have also helped a few people with starting g treatment here.
