As soon as I exit the elevator a staff greeted me (she was stacking brochures/masks), I asked her where the ED was and she told me it was all the way to the other side. She then asked if I was having chest pain or shortness of breath , to which I responded yes. She then grabbed a wheelchair and called for assistance while pushing me towards the ED. Assistance came in no time and I was pushed to the ED promptly. Upon arrival to the ED, the receptionist got me processed in no time. The nurses triaged me promptly and also ran necessary checks abruptly. The rest of my stay was seamless. I was very impressed and pleased with my care received at this facility, A+!!!!
