Most of the classes they offer give you wonderful suggestions to learn to set boundaries and manage Anxiety while the one on one actually helps a lot if you get the right person. I feel it has benefited me with suggestions and strategies that you can apply to every day life. As someone said on here you have to do the work yourself. Didn't take you a day to get here so give it a few weeks and if you don't have the right class or person ask for someone else or go to a different class.

I've been to 9 other hospitals and this residential was the last place I ever went to or needed to go. I will forever be grateful for tapestry. But there are a few problems that should definitely be discussedWe were all given enormous amounts of food. Even the bigger taller dudes were in shock with how much we were suspected to eat. Nobody, not even the kids who didn't have any problems with eating disorders weren't allowed to exercise. It was depressing not being able to move my body. Also the therapist Katy or Kathy or whatever was the WORST. She made an entire group of kids cry.

Once I decided I was done fighting my addiction on my own I went to M.A.R.C. I truly believe that had I gone anywhere else I would NOT have faired as well as I did. The staff there was kind, respectful& professional, yet we went allowed to get away with anything, lol!! Some of my fondest memories of my recovery are from M.A.R.C. Unfortunately M.A.R.C. was sold to a HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY B.H.G. this corporation is not about ANYTHING BUT $MONEY$! They can't seem to keep help& the help that does stay have major issues with doing their job. I THANK GOD that I was lucky enough to enter into my recovery while M.A.R.C. was still up& running. I truly feel had I just entered into my recovery NOW with BHG, I NEVER WOULD'VE MADE IT!!
