Absolutely awesome! Such a great experience. The Silver Ridge staff, therapists, medical providers, chefs, techs all work together and love what they do. They all played a huge part in my recovery. The program offers a holistic approach to recovery. The groups are so fun. I loved the equine therapy, tai chai, and walking the trails. The food is an experience in itself. I have been at BHG/ STC for 14 years now. I have to say, it's unpredictable. After being clean for more than 6 months getting a week's take homes and doing quite well. .. ( I thought) one dirty test, and OMG they'll pull the rug out from under you! Seems that Nursing has lots of input,... As to take homes, etc.They actually took me down from one week to 3 days if you have one dirty test. I always thought you got at least one chance but no.

After reading some of the misguided comments directed at Dr. Boppana, I felt it necessary to add a counterpoint. I m so glad to have been assigned to this outstanding physician. Although his personal inclination is to not make much eye to eye contact, he is very attentive to what is being said by redirecting his focus away from the speaker. In so far as putting in a Bluetooth device while the patient is still speaking, this is in order to proceed directly into making the necessary consults in order to address the issues being described to him in real time. I was personally helped by his calling of no less than three people in order to accommodate my needs. Thank you Dr. Boppana.
