I've seen some of the reviews on here. We as the patients are at fault, only because we should call a day ahead to make sure our appointment is on point if not you will the doctors. Or if someone is not going to be there they let you know. I messed up once thinking that the doctor would be there Thursday, and they are there certain days. So don't take it on them for bad appointment. These people has helped me with my mental health, and they accommodate to others too in case of emergencies, I seen it for myself. I think that's great because we can't be selfish and think you are the only one with the same problem, that I'm going through.

MTF.(16 Dec 2024) Waited over a month, had 2 interviews/assessments, totaling 2.5 hours just to be told they can't treat me because of alcohol issues. The other problems are what's leading to alcohol issue. I don't understand. I was excited about finding a place that could actually help after 14 years of searching. I have not any issues at all yet. I've seen some of the reviews on here. We as the patients are at fault, only because we should call a day ahead to make sure our appointment is on point if not you will the doctors. Or if someone is not going to be there they let you know. I messed up once thinking that the doctor would be there Thursday, and they are there certain days. So don't take it on them for bad appointment. These people has helped me with my mental health, and they accommodate to others too in case of emergencies, I seen it for myself. I think that's great because we can't be selfish and think you are the only one with the same problem, that I'm going through.
