The Key to the Universe;Revelation One NineteenWrite down a brief account of your day, your problems that day, and a list of tasks to do the next day.1985 Paul NoblinAll walls will fall.It is the best thing that has ever happened.Good food should be:1. Nutritious.2. Delicious.3. Aesthetically Pleasing.4. Easy to prepare.&5. Cheap.KJVWarm Regards... Paul.A Footnote:Read Rev. 1:19 (KJV)."Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;"Write down the past, present, and future.Align your inside mind with the outside world (reality including Christ), and you will be One with All.I was treated like a King at Cherry Hospital. The food was great, but we weren't able to grill steaks like we wanted to. However, we wrote a letter to the Cook and everyone in our ward signed it. The next day, we were served the best hamburgers that we have ever tasted. The lawn was a great place to meet new friends. Bring your own pillow because pillows are of high demand. Mostly, we watched TV, and could change channels if everyone agreed. Medicine has changed a lot since a decade ago. They balanced my medication in two weeks. The nurses really cared for us, but expect a short doctor visit. The staff is over worked and underpaid, but they go out of their way to create a pleasant experience. For me, the best part is the friends I made. They kept us busy with classes. In group therapy, I did not know how many people had the same problems that I had. Because beds are short, you can expect to leave in short time. As soon as your medicine is adjusted, and you attend classes that teach you how to cope, you are gone. Some people have been there a long time because they simply cannot take care of themselves in the real world. You can't smoke. This is a puzzle for me, because nicotine has been proven to calm the voices if someone has schizophrenia like me. Coffee is available, but it is made from peanut skins and contains no caffeine at all. It is useless to ask for nicotine patches or gum. If you you read the medical stuff about patches and gum, you will find that these products are non-addictive. What gives? If you want a patch or gum, all you have to do is to ask a nurse. I find it very helpful that they make sure that you have a safe place to go to when you leave. They also make sure that you continue to get help with an out-patient treatment and support system. I could go on and on about Cherry Hospital. They taught me how to take care of myself. I dropped all my old friends, and now have new ones. It is just a fad, but you might like to bring your favorite cup or blanket. Everything you need is provided for you, but sometimes you need to ask. They explained why I had to take my medication, and that was my major problem.

Did the 90 days in fall of 2019. The program basically focuses on Addictive and criminal thinking patterns and the ones who give it a chance will get something out of it. Mr. Ray was my counselor and from day one was fair to all and a good , down to earth counselor. The concerns process was a blast and I can talk all day here but words can't explain the experience you just have to go if given a chance. It's not suppose to be fun ( which it isnt) but given the chance it can have a positive effect. PULL UP!!!

My experience at RMTC was a great life learning experience. First I had to come to believe I had a problem and then the staff could do what they do best. Not only did I get the help to treat my addiction I also learned a lot about my character defects that I didn't realize I had. This was tough to come to terms with but the more willIing I was to work on myself no matter how painful or uncomfortable it made me feel the more I was able to get out of the program. I am still sober and clean 7 months later and I am constantly working on becoming a better person. The staff and TA's are amazing people. The food was top notch. The equine therapy something I was skeptical about but it did wonders for me. I highly recommend this treatment center. My only advice to anyone going would be to push your ego aside and be ready to do whatever is asked of you no matter how much it eats at your ego or pride. If you are willing to dig deep inside yourself you will gain a tremendous amount of insight on what makes you tick and and how to curb it for the better. It will put you down the right path to continue to better yourself for the rest of your life.Jon T.
