ARC is an amazing treatment center! They go above and beyond in all avenues of advocating for you and making you feel valuable and your sobriety a top priority. The program is comfortable and you still have a lot of freedom during it. I can t say enough about EVERYONE in the staff, including both Sarah s, Kristen, Janan and ALL the techs at the lodge and clinical. I can honesty say this place changed my life!
I had a good experience with Crestveiw, the staff was very helpful and freindly and down to Earth, almost felt like family by the time i left...i really liked how they took us to grocery and let us buy our own food and prepare our own meals and treated us like adults.

Thank you for taking the time to review us! We are so glad that you had a positive experience with our facility.
I was down and out I was at my wit's end I even tried to commit suicide twice. October road stepped in and let me know right away that everything was going to be okay and that I should trust in the process that they wanted to see me better. Every single time I came in they said hello friend how have you been?I am always asked about my well-being and I feel so supported here. The staff and nurses are so knowledgeable and will jump at any opportunity to teach or to show compassion to somebody. These people truly are the hidden heroes exclamation point I owe my life to October road if it was not for them I would not be alive today! Thank you guys so much for all that you do and for being there for me no matter what. They offer a true support system with act team connections. They even made me feel special on my birthday. I still carry that card on me to this day. Thank you to all the staff and nurses at October road for helping me turn my life around getting me back on track to the path of sobriety and cleanliness that I want to be on.
I am grateful for this place, because they've helped me get clean and stay clean. They have great counselor's, And the women that dose you are patient, and kind especially in times having to deal with ppl that are cranky or feeling sick. They have lots of rules but as long as you follow them and act right you should be fine!! I have been there for a few years and at a high level so I dont have to come but once every two weeks. This could be possible for you as long as your attendance is good, you follow rules, and pass your drug screens. Doing all this and of course acting right should make it possible for you get all of the benefits this place has to offer!!
