My care team at Monarch has been very helpful caring for my mental health, I had a few preexisting conditions and I learned I have been dealing with some other conditions, but I ve been enjoying life a lot more now thanks to the treatment I ve received here

I'm a monthly patient. The nurses at the window know my name and me as soon as they see me, I love that they know us by name. The doctor I see is very easy to talk to and cares about his patients.

There is something very special about this place. It took me nearly 2 years to get this thing in that time, I have been to other places. They were all good, but ARC is where I finally got it. My counselor, Janan, was amazing. The classes/teachers are great and the time you get to spend with Techs at the lodge talking recovery and learning from them is so powerful. All of the staff are very professional, caring, and really invested in each client. my aftercare plan was handled really well and I really felt set up for success. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I feel as if I could write a novel on how wonderful my experience at Pasadena was. If I had to boil it down to a couple of words, they would be: life changing. From the very moment I spoke with one of their intake professionals over the phone, I could tell that this place was different. When I walked through the doors on the very first day, at one of my lowest points, I was met with care and understanding. It is obvious each member of the team is there with the singular goal of helping people get better. The group therapy setting can be daunting, but Pasadena does it the right way. I didn t realize how badly I needed that human connection until I was in the middle of it. Thank you to Justin, Michelle, Hannah, Ellen, Gabby, Ruthie, and Nicolla and anyone I may have missed who helped me through this process. Your dedication to providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health care will be something I cherish forever.

Excellent staff who truly care! Been out of the program for three months and still get calls every few weeks just to see how I m doing. Great choice for getting clean and staying clean; highly recommended!
