Overall, our experience at ChateauNursing and Rehabilitation was positive.The facility was clean, and the careprovided by Ms. Ava and Miss. Harvey was aboveexceptional, true asset to Chateau. The meals & snacks were deliciousand plentiful, and the recreationalactivities & staff Marlene & Brianna were enjoyable. The concierge Gasper was fantastic addressed any issues and was very accommodating. The Rehabilitation part superb and the best in the Sheepshead bay area.However, we were disappointed by our interactionwith Wendy Humphrey, who lackedempathy and communication skills.
