I am very thankful that Conifer Park is still in operation. It took me a lot of years to enroll there. I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff is professional. This includes the nurses, doctors and counselors.If you are struggling with addiction try Conifer Park. They will give you the tools to get your life back.

The first time I came to the VA I was nervous and disappointed with my provider. I felt uncomfortable making an appointment to come back. So I asked for a new provider and I could not be happier, everything I said was heard and immediately addressed. My mental health was declining I told my provider this and she had me in with a counselor the same day. The ladies at the front desk have always shown so much respect and are very patient with me. I feel so lucky now to have the Massena VA.

They attend to their patients very well and they always make sure that you are comfortable when they are attending to you.

I recently sent a client to this facility. The client is responding well to the program and is embracing what the program has to offer. It's hard to find a good OP facility, but I will refer clients here to continue on their road to recovery.

This is an excellent facility if you want to change your life for the better. The ciriculum is very strict and demanding. The facility is very clean and offers Excellent home cooked meals three times a day. The location and View is Amazing. Most of the Counselors are very supportive and are willing to put the work in if you are dedicated to your recovery. Also helps with your aftercare and sets you up to succeed in life. 4 stars because a very small percentage of employees are very passive with patients. This Place is highly recommended by me and helped me change my way of life and thinking process. Thank You St Joe's. ,

As a person in long-term recovery of 20+ years in the Plattsburgh area, myself and several other successful sober people in the Plattsburgh recovery community have engaged often, throughout the years with residents and staff at Twin Oaks. I have attended several graduation dinners to celebrate Twin Oak participants' successful completion of the program - many of whom were graduating and moving on to secured employment and stable housing. I have always found the house to be clean, safe, a welcoming environment and found the staff to be compassionate, caring, willing to engage with the recovery community to assist residents maintain sobriety after they leave the facility. I am friends with several individuals who graduated Twin Oaks who are still sober today 10, 15, 20+ years later that have claimed that Twin Oaks and the dedicated staff there "saved their life". Believe the facility is a great place for individuals who are ready and willing to make changes in their life.
