Nicelee Hollanbeck is a wonderful clinician and really seems to "get" things. I joined a a close friend for counseling and really enjoyed the helpful group therapy offered. The only issue I really noticed is the alarmingly high number of scummy, trashy people that end up there on some court order and bring down the rest of the people that genuinely want to get help.

If you're struggling with addiction. I would highly suggest this ATC to help get you on your personal road to recovery. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Only reason they get 4 stars is because they suck at teaching accountability here which is very big for early recovery especially when addicts first leave rehab. Besides that, this place is worth your time!!!! Get help and get clean!

I went here for several years and enjoyed it all! Until the ins cos started dictating how many times we could go and they had to cancel support groups. I had liz for years and she was a huge help to me! So was mark and a few others! Liz taught support groups and was amazing! She was honest and I don't think everyone appreciated that. Can't be coddled and she was truthful and had rules. The people also want to have to be helped also and out in the work too. I've always been listened to there. Just wish they would let me go back their but finances made me had to leave the county and they wouldn't agree to a waiver. So that was annoying.

PRC honestly saved my life. I came here with fear, hopelessness, and no spirituality. Trust this program and trust all of the staff here. When I truly began putting in the work, feelings of hopelessness went away, slowly over time. The therapist I was assigned to here, is extremely supportive and knowledgeable. The clinical director here, is overall amazing. Shawn the program housing manager, I cannot thank him enough. Shawn and Brandt continued to let me back here after many slip ups. They let me back because they saw something in me that I did not see in myself. I believed I could never recover, but they saw otherwise. Everyone here loves you until we love ourselves. This place was truly a stepping stone in my life.

I called Compass Recovery because I wanted to limit my drinking. I had been using a program on my cell phone to count my drinks and receive feedback on how well I was doing. I realized when doing this my counting skill was not at 100%. Being honest with myself about that made me think I needed something more so I made a call to Compass Recovery with the intent of learning how cut back.My experience at Compass Recovery was actually life-changing! I grew up in an environment where drinking was the norm. I thought that's what everyone did. Missing time, falling, and a few other odds and ends were part of living. This program taught me that not everyone uses a substance to cope with stress, anxiety, and past traumas. Knowing that was freeing. I realized I had been living in a cycle of addiction and denial for most of my life, and that it was ok to ask for help. I now know addiction is a chronic and complex disease which is treatable. Asking for help was the first step in my journey of recovery.I am grateful to Compass Recovery - Dino and his team - for this program. It provided multiple tools and real support where I could look at me without judging myself. I learned that I am not now and can never be a social drinker. Each day at Compass we discussed different tools and how to use them. I loved the center's holistic approach to recovery which combined art and music therapy, sound baths, outdoor activities and mindfulness practices. There's a wide range of creative outlets offered. These experiences helped me not only to get back on track and tap into my creative side again but also taught me valuable life skills and coping mechanisms that I continue to draw upon today. Learning new things, having new passions and interests is important. The community at Compass Recovery was amazing. Everyone is there for the same reason. You learn from each other. You support each other through the tough times and celebrate each other's wins. It s like having a second family. The staff was welcoming, supportive, non-judgmental and authentic, which made it easy to open up and be honest about my struggles. I'm so grateful I found this program. It really helped me turn my life around. I have contentment, purpose and joy again. I am no longer on automatic pilot. I live life consciously and that is powerful. If you're struggling with addiction or just need some support, I highly recommend Compass Recovery. Don't be afraid to reach out and ask for help you deserve it and it will be the best decision you'll ever make. I am forever grateful that I did.

I don t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience for anyone struggling with addiction who is searching for help. Like many, I was skeptical at first. The idea of seeking help made me anxious and I wasn t sure if this place could make a difference. But the moment I walked through the door and met the staff and counselors all my doubts started to fade. From the very first interaction, I was met with genuine warmth and compassion. It had been a long time since I felt truly cared for, like my voice was being heard. The team reassured me that I wasn t alone in this journey and that made all the difference. Chris, the counselor, not only has a deep Christian faith, but his belief in truly caring for others shines through in everything he does. You can feel that he s not just here to do a job, he s here to help people change their lives. But beyond the kindnes, what stood out the most was how safe I felt here. This is a place where you can be vulnerable, where you can start the path to recovery without fear or judgment. The environment at New Chapter Faith Based Recovery is one where healing truly begins, and I can t thank them enough for the impact they've had on my life.If you re reading this and battling addiction, know that there s hope, and this is a place where your recovery journey can truly begin. Let them help you, as they ve helped me. You don t have to do this alone.
