Was in the ER today 10/19/24I was treated so quickly from the time I got there thru the check-inIt was busy so was put in the aisle.Dr Wei J Li MD came to check me immediatelyNot only was he thorough, he really cared about answering all my questions and had a very good bedside manner.Devin Hussy RN was so kind and informative.A genuine professional made my experience there a good one.Matt Trapazio was outstanding. He checked in on me a lot and got the meds out quick. He really made me feel comfortable took me to CT where I met another guy employee who s name I did not get but he was wonderful gave me a soft towel to lean my sore heard. Just a nice person.All 4 of these people made up my team, I can not thank you all enough for taking such good care of me.There is something special about these employees they were all so kind & come from their heart, it made my not so nice circumstance into a good experience.Thank you for hiring such good employees.SincerelyMarie Fiel

As with any treatment facility, your recovery depends on the work you put into it. My experience at Phoenix House was extremely helpful for me and overall was a positive experience. It is very easy to get distracted and focus on the downsides of the facility however I was taught (there) about changing my perspective and that made it easy for me to have acceptance and continue focusing on myself. I have been to many treatment centers in the past and have never had a counselor that cared or helped me as much as Michael Robinson did. The facility director Dave S. is great at what he does and from what I witnessed handled any/all issues fairly and promptly. Dave also ran groups which I found to be extremely informative and helpful. Special thanks to the chef Arthur who was extremely accommodating to my unique diet. An even bigger thank you to RSS Rob who in my opinion helped me just as much as Mike and Dave did. I will forever be grateful for my time spent at Phoenix House.
