Great service offered to persons in need they have a methadone clinic and a residence. It is like a one-stop shop except there is no detox service offered. There are groups and structured programs for clients. I know of persons who have used the service and are now successful. If they did it, so can others. Staff listen to clients and create a system that caters to each and meet them where they at, while holding your hand safely during the process. Well done and thanks

It's not often I feel accommodated or understood at a hospital. Because I'm there for treatment because of whatever illness. But the STAFF here. The nurses, the nurse assistants, the cafeteria staff, the cleaners, the doctors. They were all working together, hand in hand, communication was great, and organizational and roles were understood and followed and went beyond that.. I'm grateful to them, and I love their visitors' policy because I really needed my partner and familial support. Only critique is. The space in the ER between beds is ridiculous the staff have nothing to do with that of course but even they can't get to do their jobs properly because of that Ossie and it's reaching to a point where it's a privacy violation issue.
