Counselor Lisa, goes the extra mile. Lisa is always helpful and caring. Lisa always tries to help. The Nursing staff is excellent and caring. The clinic is clean and easy to get to. Ashley the Program Director is kind and very helpful. My counselor Maria is patient, kind and caring.

So my first review years ago was not so good due to them screwing up insurances etc but they have come a long way since then . For a while I was bounced between counselors without warning and I never got to connect with any of them but one. Unfortunately she left two years ago and after she left I was then bounced around for the last 2 or so years. Now I have an amazing counselor named Lisa ! She is the first therapist I ever truly had that actually has worked with me on the root of my trauma and where it all began for me . She helped me figure out things that in over 26 years no one else helped me with. I have had some really great therapist but she is by far the best. She not only worked with me to figure out why I have the issues I have today but she also ended with some tools for my tool box (aka coping skills). She really is amazing and an asset to New Season. I pray I don't come in and find out she left bc I truly connect with her ! So I'm not giving 5 stars bc without her and some of the good nurses they have they would definitely be a 2/3 star in my opinion. If I was just reviewing individuals there Lisa would get 10 stars in my bookv as well as a couple of the nurses there. Since I'm reviewing new season as a whole she bumped u guys up to a 4 star review. If u want to make urself better then warn people ahead of time if there counselor is leaving and make sure u get a replacement that fits the individual before that other counselor leaves preferably. I had to be put on supervisors case loads for months (one time for over 6 months). Also finance dept needs to make sure if new season owes clients money then new season gets it to the client in a quick as possible time frame (make it so they don't have to chase u down). And finally hire more counselors that has personal experience as addicts and have the experience to help them. But Lisa is your best asset !
