I was attacked by a client in the parking lot and I don't even need their services. I gave a ride to someone who does need their services and all while being attacked the head guy and security sat there and watched.

Accepted Insurance

New Season Treatment Center – Fayetteville works with several private insurance providers and also accepts private payments when possible, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Sliding scale payments are based on a client's income and family size. The goal is to make treatment affordable to everyone. By taking these factors into account, addiction recovery care providers help ensure that your treatment does not become a financial burden to you or your family, eliminating one barrier to care.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
12-step icon12-Step
12 step programs are based on a model of life-long recovery and are rooted in peer support and spiritual development. Regular attendance at 12 step meetings is the cornerstone of treatment, as is the selection of a peer sponsor to guide participants through the steps of recovery. These steps are based on non-denominational spiritual principles and are designed to foster self-awareness, forgiveness, acceptance, and accountability. Specialized programs are widely available, including programs for teens, seniors, and families.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

There are many types of drug rehab in North Carolina. To receive treatment for addiction, you can choose from many inpatient and outpatient programs. Often, participants start with detox and work through a full continuum of care that continues with ongoing support for long-term recovery.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Routine tasks are difficult for someone experiencing addiction. Daily skills deteriorate, which makes it harder to achieve recovery. That's why drug rehab programs in North Carolina reteach basic life skills. This gives you the tools you need to manage daily life without returning to substance use.

Accreditations

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is a branch of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Established in 1992 by congress, SAMHSA's mission is to reduce the impact of substance abuse and mental illness on American's communities.

SAMHSA Listed: Yes

The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) is a non-profit organization that specifically accredits rehab organizations. Founded in 1966, CARF's, mission is to help service providers like rehab facilities maintain high standards of care.

I have been going to this treatment center for many years and here is what I like/Do not like.1. In the past 10 months I have received 4 false positive UA's. The analysis comes back initially as a positive result for illicit use. You then must pay $35 to have a confirmation test to prove the test is a false positive. Upon receiving the confirmation, you are then waiting on your $35 to be refunded which takes several weeks. In the meantime another UA is falsely positive and you're either just returned the $35 you paid which you then must pay it right back out again, or you may have not yet received the refund and must pay another $35 which then totals $70 you now do not have at your disposal. I can understand maybe one false positive in several YEARS, but not 4 in 10 months. This becomes blatantly obvious the lab is incorrectly handling the urine. (Ie. not changing gloves between samples, not sanitizing the workspace between samples, not sanitizing the machine, etc.) Thus resulting in 40% false outcomes in well under a year. If you are like most people attending a treatment facility, living hand to mouth and receive a positive UA and do not have $35 to pay the cost of a confirmation test then, well you're just screwed. It is listed as a positive UA result in your record without any confirmation. This is the unfortunate reality of living below the poverty threshold.2. If you have a prescription for a controlled substance of any kind, and decide not to sign a COC (coordination of care) which as an American citizen is your RIGHT, whether the prescription drug is in your system or not it is considered illicit use. Let me clarify: If you have a prescribed medication from your DR. that is a controlled substance and you choose not to sign a COC which is your God given right, you then have illicit UA's NO MATTER WHAT!! Whether or not you have taken the medication, or haven't taken it, take it only when you need it, have some left over from the month before and take it, (even when it is directed to TAKE AS NEEDED) because you elected to utilize your rights to decline authorization for COC for your personal, private, and confidential medical care YOU ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE AND YOU WILL BE DETERMINED TO HAVE ILLICIT UA'S. Personally I deem this as intrusive, unfair, and an infringement on my rights as a citizen.3. The phasing process is extremely long and in most circumstances unattainable. With the difficulties mentioned prior, inability to afford the high cost of treatment daily, not having reliable transportation, not being able to make facility hours (which are not very accomodating) phases are too easily taken away after months, even YEARS of abiding by the process. If you're not planning on being in treatment for numerous years, you are not eligible to obtain the highest phase. (Ie. Planning to enter treatment and taper off medication within 6-12 months, consistent negative UA's, you will not attain the highest phase.)4. You are given only one morning to comply with bottle checks. Phone calls to inform you on next day bottles checks are made in the afternoon after the clinic has already closed. Therefore if you are working out of town, on vacation, sick, have an emergency the morning of, or any other impedance from attending the next morning bottle check you are not in compliance and are penalized.5. By far the worst experience, I required surgery over seas. I was assured by my counselor I would be able to acquire take homes for travel. Due to high employee turnover, resulting in being left without a counselor for over a month, when time came for surgery I was unable to get the medication to travel, although I had signed COC's, ROI's, provided documentation stating medical necessity, and email confirmation of my former counselors assurance medication would be provided. I was forced to have surgery without medication which resulted in severe sickness, surgical failure, having to leave against medical advice, loss of thousands of dollars, and desperate need of revision at cost of thousands more and travel time.

This facility has been easy to work with and most of the staff are awesome. The better clinic in Fayetteville for sure. Carolyne is an amazing counselor. Nurses do a great job as does the nursing manager. Front desk secretary is absolutely wonderful. She got everything together for me on time for my insurance reimbursement paperwork I had to send in. I have no major complaints after years of attending so far. Katherine west

Everything about this place is great! My counselor Jeremy is helpful, the girls up front remember your name when you come in, it's a good vibe coming in compared to the clinics I used to attend. The only thing I have a problem with is how long it takes to get take homes. 90 days for each phase is just too much. I understand the rationale of making us wait 90 days for the first one, but 90 more for each phase is wild lol. By the time you phase all the way up u done and been there more than a year! Hopefully this draconian stringent policy will be looked at and amended, but I'm not holding my breath. If staff reads this, put yourself in a patient's shoes who has done well, passed their screens and still has to keep canceling events for work, friends and family because they unnecessarily HAVE to be tied to the clinic due to the long phasing schedule you guys have.

Morashad has been great throughout the process! As a counselor he was very easy to communicate with and his open door policy provides a comfortable and safe space to vent. Samantha has always challenged me to tackle my obstacles head on and has awesome tools on my journey of emotional intelligence. Overall, the staff as a whole are very positive and encouraging. Melody as a caseworker handles business in a timely fashion, and provides resources that help you transition smoothly as you complete the stages of the program. I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone trying to get voluntary outpatient care and assistance with being confident as you venture back out into the real world. Ms. Denise and Shay in the nursing department show genuine concern about my well-being and mood, and are always a pleasant encounter. The only area of improvement would be the communication and availability to the MD's on staff. They are very friendly and take the time necessary to consult and construct treatment plans upon intake and triage. However, they are not there very often and sometimes do not have a sense of urgency when it comes to responding to messages that are potentially time sensitive. My review as a whole would just express the gratitude and appreciation for everyone involved in my care, and to let them know how important their roles are in the community although not easy and to keep up the great work!
