Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient
Clients typically choose inpatient rehab when they are in early recovery or are experiencing a crisis that puts them at an increased risk of relapse. They reside at the treatment center for the length of their program, which may range from two weeks to more than 18 months, depending on the program design. Intensive psychotherapy is often the primary treatment modality, but clients in inpatient care may also receive holistic treatment and recovery-focused life skills training.
outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Florida provides quality treatment to help individuals overcome dependency related to a wide range of addictive substances. Programs address both the physical and mental aspects of addiction in order to help you make a full recovery.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
postpartum-program thumbnail image
Postpartum Program
The postpartum period is a sensitive time, especially for women in addiction recovery. Rehabs with specialized programs for new mothers will offer compassionate, personalized care to meet each client's needs as they transition from pregnancy to this season of life. Care teams may include obstetricians, pediatricians, and social workers working collaboratively to give women, children, and families a healthy future.
program-for-men thumbnail image
Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.
program-for-women thumbnail image
Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Today 9-19-24 instead of having your number be called over the speaker Maureen took it upon herself to look at the kiosk or the man in fronts computer to see the upcoming single dosers to start lining them up well before they would be called over the speaker. She had the man up front asking every patient their last name and was doing her own method which is not how it has been done everyday since I started the program. This caused a mass confusion amongst the patients and a lot of anger. My number nor my husbands was EVER called over the speaker (which is normal protocol) so before it even being called over the speakers my husband and my number were immediately put on hold position after already waiting an hour and half she also admitted I was about to take you out of queue which would had started us at the begging in gang another 2 hours. This is not how it has ever been done before and I am totally oblivious as to why it was being done this way today. To say I m furious is a far understatement. If She said she went looking for me and my husband however we were in the building the whole time. She lied to our faces and insulted our intelligence. I asked the dosing nurse had she called my husband or my number and she specified said NO. We over heard tomorrow is her last day well thank you for causing all of this mess and self chaos on your own terms before your way out. This is just the beginning since we started here approximately 40 days ago there has been numerous situations first with shortage of nurses. They fixed that and now there is a default in all the pumps. Last 2 days I waited 2 hours to get dosed. If you have not started here I advise you to start somewhere else.. Nurses are good and very head of program is great however after yesterday and recent events I have very little hope that of being fully successful after yesterday.

I am disgusted by this place I watch drug deal after drug deal go down on a regular basis and there is no longer law enforcement at the facility therefore there's a lot of loitering and chaos they have 3 nurses and no matter what time you get here you will have minimum of an hour wait. I've been seeing more and more relapse due to lack of professionalism from staff if it keeps running like this there will be a lot of deaths this year but they don't seem to care they treat the active users better than people that are working the program correctly the place makes me sick and needs a serious evaluation the place is unsafe and needs to bring back law enforcement I see more drug deals go down here than any Hood in Daytona on a regular basis for years now

I never really leave comments here about all the stuff I ve been through while coming to this clinic. But today I want to scream or cry or idk I guess just leave this clinic. I guess I ve had two bad UAs for benzos and honestly idk if I ve taken them cause I ve been in a very dark place since my dad died at the end of January and I m still in a very dark place and I went from 13 to 6 to 3. I live 2 hours ago so i have to stop coming because I can t drive her all the time. I needed help and didn t get it. Now I want to make sure that I say that Anthony, Kayla and Maureen are amazing people, they are the best but I m choosing to leave because I ll never win this. Yes I ve had family give me pills for me to be able to sleep no I didn t ask what it was but I m not abusing anything I just lost one of the most important people in my life and I still don t know how to cope with it.

This is the best clinic I've been to by far and I've been to most up and down the coast of FL. They genuinely care. Go above and beyond to HELP the client unlike so many out there make them want to refer to their old using ways. Maureen is a jem never complains just runs around doing everything. Annette is also extremely helpful!! Very glad this is now my home clinic!!

The level of unprofessionalism at this place never ceases to amaze me. People still using drugs are treated better than those doing what they re supposed to. Any concerns you may have aren t taken seriously, you are made to feel bad for even asking. I was given a sheet stating that 180 days in treatment and 6 clean drug screens get you a weeks worth of take homes. Now that I ve done this the goal post gets moved to 8-12 months after months of being told something completely different. You can show up 45 min before they open and you still end up waiting 30 minutes to dose. Nurses will call someone and give them 10 min to come to the window before putting them on hold and moving onto the next person. The sense of urgency isn t there they simply do not care. People in the lobby talking about using, selling, stealing drugs no one does anything. People skipping the line when the staff favors them. They lost my urine sample and not only did I not get an apology or explanation, I was forced to take another UA and was late for work because they made me wait in line even tho THEY MESSED UP. The level of incompetence is truly remarkable. The ONLY reason I still go here is because I have no choice. The only reason ANYONE goes here is because the medicine works so well. If it didn t this place would be shut down. No other business is able to remain open being this dysfunctional. Everyone there is on drugs so at a certain point when do they become legal drug dealers when they re dosing people who they know are still using? They re culpable at this stage.(Counselor has been out of 2 weeks and I m still having to come Monday-Wednesday even tho I was told a few weeks ago I d be phased up to once a week by this point now all the sudden it s different. No communication. They don t stand by their word and now I m having to suffer when I ve been clean and have done everything that has been asked of me)
