This clinic TAKES FOREVER TO DOSE YOU!!! They average 7 people per HOUR!! THATS RIDICULOUS!! You can't keep a job because they won't get you out in time to make it to work. If I worked here, I'd be so embarrassed if my work ethic. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

After being gone for almost 6 years I find myself in need of your services again and I wanted to comment on some of the changes. Not having to wait in a line is amazing and also being able to check in from your phone is nice too. And Kevin that is always up front helping folks out (even the folks that are less pleasant to deal with) is awesome. He's always professional and upbeat and is willing to help with anything, very nice addition to your staff. While I'm not happy about needing your services again I am however grateful for them being available, especially this updated version

My son was a patient at this facility - he was on a very high dose of methadone and his dose was never reduced, when asked why not, they said because he felt good on that dose. He told me stories of how he would try to talk to his counselor and was told, "we'll talk about that next time" Of how the RN's would make certain people wait for their dose, while letting others cut the line. He was on 200 mg of Methadone. That's equal to 680 mg of Oxycodone or approx 900 mg of codeine. The NIH recommends 100 mg of methadone, and the states of Alabama, Tennessee, and Missouri have a max dose of 100. But not this place - was there ever a policy to decrease the dose? Who knows - there is no incentive to help people detox and get off Methadone. The patients here are nothing more than Cash Cows. This place does NOT care. He decided he wanted to change his life, I helped him get into a facility and he went into detox, he was clean for approx 8 weeks, and then, he lost his fight with the dragons, and on Oct. 27, died of a toxic dose of Fentanyl at the age of 43. Perhaps if New Seasons actually did their job, and assisted with lowering the dose - intensive therapy - helping to get him into a detox treatment program per FEDERAL REGULATIONS - he would still be here. Think twice about this place.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient
Clients typically choose inpatient rehab when they are in early recovery or are experiencing a crisis that puts them at an increased risk of relapse. They reside at the treatment center for the length of their program, which may range from two weeks to more than 18 months, depending on the program design. Intensive psychotherapy is often the primary treatment modality, but clients in inpatient care may also receive holistic treatment and recovery-focused life skills training.
outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Florida provides quality treatment to help individuals overcome dependency related to a wide range of addictive substances. Programs address both the physical and mental aspects of addiction in order to help you make a full recovery.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

After my frustration with my last review in September I would like to highlight the fact that even though things do not always go as smooth as we would all like that most of the staff does a very good job at trying to take care of all patients. All counselors I believe are an asset but I would like to specifically say Chris and Annette have gone above and beyond for my and my family members treatment. Also Mr. Kevin at the front desk is another great employee. He always greets everyone with a smile and works hard every day to keep everyone calm and help out in any way that he can. I personally feel more comfortable with him being there. We have a new head director. She seems to be nice and I believe she will bring a positive attitude towards this clinic.

I am disgusted by this place I watch drug deal after drug deal go down on a regular basis and there is no longer law enforcement at the facility therefore there's a lot of loitering and chaos they have 3 nurses and no matter what time you get here you will have minimum of an hour wait. I've been seeing more and more relapse due to lack of professionalism from staff if it keeps running like this there will be a lot of deaths this year but they don't seem to care they treat the active users better than people that are working the program correctly the place makes me sick and needs a serious evaluation the place is unsafe and needs to bring back law enforcement I see more drug deals go down here than any Hood in Daytona on a regular basis for years now

I never really leave comments here about all the stuff I ve been through while coming to this clinic. But today I want to scream or cry or idk I guess just leave this clinic. I guess I ve had two bad UAs for benzos and honestly idk if I ve taken them cause I ve been in a very dark place since my dad died at the end of January and I m still in a very dark place and I went from 13 to 6 to 3. I live 2 hours ago so i have to stop coming because I can t drive her all the time. I needed help and didn t get it. Now I want to make sure that I say that Anthony, Kayla and Maureen are amazing people, they are the best but I m choosing to leave because I ll never win this. Yes I ve had family give me pills for me to be able to sleep no I didn t ask what it was but I m not abusing anything I just lost one of the most important people in my life and I still don t know how to cope with it.

This is the best clinic I've been to by far and I've been to most up and down the coast of FL. They genuinely care. Go above and beyond to HELP the client unlike so many out there make them want to refer to their old using ways. Maureen is a jem never complains just runs around doing everything. Annette is also extremely helpful!! Very glad this is now my home clinic!!
