Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

heart-hands iconIntervention Services

If a person with a substance use disorder continually denies their problem or refuses to get treatment, a drug intervention in Florida may be necessary. Intervention services can help mediate the intervention by providing an addiction expert. This professional can de-escalate situations and facilitate a healthier discussion between the individual and their loved ones. Specialists can also help families handle issues they don't know how to navigate on their own.

Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. This place saved my life. Everyone there plays a part, my wonderful counselor, the kindhearted nurses, even the program director Jessica is awesome. If you struggle with addiction to opiates, I promise you this is where you need to start your journey if you are like me and cannot afford leaving your entire life and career to go to rehab for 90 days, I actually think this is way more effective.

I have been going to new seasons for 3 years...a 1.5 years ago, I lost my job due to situation I will later explain. Since finding new employment, I informed the clinic i only have Mondays off, as they recently started closing on Sundays. Therefore my pick up days, and any sessions I have are typically done at that time. Everyone who works with my case, including the program director, had been informed. Those 3 years at the clinic, I worked hard to get where I am in my recovery. You can plainly see that, by simply looking at my file... but that doesn't matter at New Seasons.Twice now, I have had my sobriety tested. A year ago, an employee handling call backs, lied about leaving a voicemail. I know this because i do not have voicemail. I had it removed when i switched to a FL number, due to solicitors. I was very honest about it. I even offered proof. But instead of evaluating my case or acknowledging i havent missed a call back in 2 years, or failed a drug test, I was laughed at and called a liar. And then reprimanded, for bringing it to the directors attention. Imagine how that felt!?Even as I pleaded with them, to just call my cell phone and find out for themselves. Instead, I was seen as being "unruly and unreasonable ". My take homes that i work hard for, were stripped for 2 more months. That's how she handles conflict. With threats.Unfortunately over the last year that Jessica has been in charge, I have watched her yell profanities at clients, and scream in patient's faces, including my own. But because she is the program director, we are expected to sit quietly like sheep, and take it. After all, our sobriety depends on it. She has made it inevitably clear she has no problem using that as leverage.I have made it my goal to just finish cutting back, and get out of there. But today, she decided to make that harder, yet again. After passing my drug test, I was told I had a flag that prevented me from acquiring my doses, due to my counselor requesting a reschedule last month. My counselor was not in today to handle this matter, so due to my work schedule I asked for a week extension. As I only have Mondays off. I explained that this would cost me another job. Even though she had the power to help me, (and she did make that clear, she could indeed help me) she chose not to. She chose to make my situation, that much harder... and when I wouldn't back down, she threatened my sobiety, yet again...countless times, my best interests have come second to you directors, as a means to "put me in my place". Your clinic has placed me in financial hardship, to many times...to threaten someone's medication time and time again, to avoid assisting someone asking for support, is by far the most unprofessional, and unsympathetic thing a person in her position of power, could do! I have files both a verbal, and written complaint with headquarters. And plan on filing another later this week, at the clinic. As well as request a transfer. I am sure she will think of a reprocusion me though, before we part ways... she can threaten my sobriety. But she can't take it from me...

Please, if you need help with addiction, try and take yourself somewhere that will really care about you. This is the 2nd time that I have had to assist a client with treatment. When i walked in there was no one there but a bored and so your walking around trying to find a employee, I asked to speak with someone in charge, I do believe that the women that is supposed to run the show was with a male maybe a employee.. I was sure that they might of been doing something other then her job, cause when i asked if she could help me i showed her my credentials, she was just not being professional she told me to step out of her office, I did I go on to hear them saying that she charged way too many peoples account as is maybe it was a little heated between them. But at that moment my boss called and i informed him as to what was going on, and i then removed myself after all that, i was thankfull that i had what was the most important information, to use against her when she cl

The staff at this clinic, with one exception, are some of the kindest, most professional people we've ever met. We recently moved to the area and went to this clinic on the advice of another and had we not ended up moving back we would still be there. From day one we were both treated with kindness, respect, care and genuine concern for our health and desire to get the monkey off our back. There was never any rudeness or condescension that is often exhibited by others working in this field. There's one person that I won't name who does exhibit those behaviors but it's not difficult to avoid her.We want to especially thank Mike, Natalie and Kayla for standing out in an already exceptional staff. Were we to ever move back or be in the area we wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Thank you New Season.

I gave 2 stars bc of wait time but Evelyn madeira is the absolute best person and counselor and I am so sad to see her go. I'm gonna miss her so much. I cried when she told me this was gonna be the last time I'd see her as my counselor. They were lucky to have such a beautiful person.

This place almost killed my husband. Was looking for treatment for husband to get him off opioids. Came here thinking Methadone was the answer. Knowing little about the treatment and how it worked, we set up a plan with so called counselors to help him eventually one day wean off and live a sober life. Being his wife he signed paperwork saying I had full access to all his check ins, drug tests land willingness to check in with his counselor when need be. He was doing great for a few months, then I had suspicions that he may have relapsed. I called up his counselor Ashley in despair to ask her if she could give him a drug test and tell her my concerns and worries. Due to the fact that relapsing and mixing methadone with intravenous drugs could cause and overdose. I called repeatedly and left messages with no answer or help. Later that week I found my husband with a needle in his arm right after he got all his take-homes. He could have died. I sent him to rehab and he s been clean off of methadone and all drugs for 4 months now. Weeks later Ashley called my husband asking where he was and that I left her messages worried about him. She was not concerned with returning my calls but only calling him back wondering when he was going to get his next treatment and more money for the clinic. I f you are serious about getting clean or a loved one, stay clear of methadone it is an endless trap of a legal opioid and it is hell to get off. I m lucky he was able to get out alive. This place is only about money and keeping people doped.

This place usually has been great but I showed up at 9:35 on a Saturday and they won't let me in to get my dose and it's not like there's a line of people. It's just me standing here. I think that's a little bit ridiculous when there's 20 people in line still if it was any other day of the week it would be no big deal. So now here I am screwed and I'm going to have to go use drugs.

Great facility, No place is perfect but those who complain about anything but time are just not ready to get clean . Because they are great at this place all employees and doctors. I've been to three others and I have only one complaint it should never take more than 30 min to dose. The system is good but they need someone who is constantly out front and if the person whos number was called doesn't get right up they hit he button and send the next number. There to much time lost because people aren't their when their numbers are called . Evelyn is a great counselor
