In 2021 Extremely difficult to get help, was hung up on after being put on hold for 20+ minutes...As of 2023 5 stars, great improvement has been made.

This is for all the negative reviews Towards the Hendricks house.Those people saying "don't send anyone u care about to that facility. These people are only whining bc when they were there the staff probably didn't let them do whatever they wanted to do, those people had no idea that in order to change you MUST CHANGE!!!!!!!!And as far as them putting people out for whatever reason, I'm pretty sure none of them were children, and last time I checked adults are more than capable of finding their way home.Hendricks House gave me my life back....You will NEVER get out of u'r current situation with the same thinking that got u there....you are where you are right this very moment from every choice you have made. If you don't like where you are right now then there is only ONE thing to do..... MAKE BETTER CHOICES... Listen to the little voice in u'r head, he/she is NEVER WRONG

God used Mission Teens to save my life

Transferring from the Camden Clinic, my first initial visit, I have to say that overall I had an Excellent Visit! Everyone was very Friendly, Caring and very Professional! I was very happy with my transfer! Looking forward coming back!

They are going to help if you want help if not then you get what you put in. You can lie to all clinics to get what you want these people just don't pretend you're not going to get raised they do what they're allowed to if you lied only use them you're going to get away with it if you want help or honest with them you can get help up to you they're all like that

The staff at liberty wellness were super nice and understanding and knowledgeable when it comes to recovery. They made me feel very comfortable when I first got sober. I m still sober so the tools they gave work.

Thank you Bianca!l Bianca at Maryville Turnersville.. There is so many positive things to say about her as a counselor.. Caring and thoughtful is what first comes to mind. Very thoughtful and caring. Bianca engaged clients to open up and say what s on their minds, even if they sometimes don t open up, she seemed to be able to make everyone feel comfortable enough to open up and express how they re feeling. Very positive feedback. I have heard Bianca give so many clients resources for whatever they need. Thank you much for being apart of my recovery Bianca!! The resources that you have given me and other clients have made us move forward in such a positive way I can t even put into words of how much gratitude I have for your sessions.

Great place for recovery! They have child care if you need it and possible transportation. They also have services for domestic violence. I wish I would have came sooner. Best counseling I've ever gotten. If you need help I highly recommend them.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to write on my experience at Jefferson Hospital and their New Vision Withdrawal department. I had called New Vision and spoke with Matt. Matt went above & beyond to get me in here the same day I called. I thought I wasn't going to get in because of no beds available, but Matt got me in!When I first came in, I was a mess, crying hysterically and felt loss. Matt, had done the intake with me and I went outside to have my last cigarette before admission with Matt. Matt told me his story and how he made it, I felt hopeless at the time but when Matt got me situated in the room, I was feeling a little more comfortable.The nurses, technicians and doctors are great! They helped me with my time as I was withdrawing. They are very friendly, kind and are amazing. I went through hell with my withdrawal, and they were there every step of the way to make me comfortable and to help me detox. Although I had support from family, I felt supported in here. Words can't express how this facility comforted me and encouraged me to stop doing what I was doing.My doctor (Dr. Rancier) was awesome with me, and showed the care I wanted and needed. I felt like he understood me and worked with me.But going back to Matt, who was there for me the entire time and would come up to check in with me. He felt like a friend and someone who cared. He had gone above & beyond for me, making sure I was taken care of and that I would receive my aftercare after leaving the facility. If Matt ever sees this review, thank you for saving my life and taking me in. Without you, I would still be on the same road of destruction.Other than my express about these amazing people, the hospital is very clean, sanitized and well kept. The food is good and had some good TV channels.If you are looking to withdrawal and get clean, please, PLEASE come to New Vision at Jefferson Hospital in Stratford, NJ. As you will be treated amazingly and you won't feel like you're going through it alone. The front desk ladies were so kind and helpful. The case manager (I think that s who she was lol) was so helpful and understand. Also Dr.A was very easy to talk to and even with my situation he still commended me for my part in my recovery.
