I have been coming to this clinic for a little over 2 years and I have had a great experience. Courtney, the security guard, does such an amazing job and makes me feel safe and makes me feel like I m allowed to have boundaries. Which is so good for my mental health plus the small talk that I have with her has gotten me through depressed days that she might not even know of. Somebody just being nice to you for a second helps a lot I feel the same way about the nurses and the girls at the front Tanisha and I m so sorry, but I forget the other girls name but they are amazing as well. McKenzie my counselor is also a great counselor and I m so happy that I was matched with her because I feel like me and her are great match and we have an amazing connection and every time I leave her office I feel better not worse. so I only have good things to say about the methadone clinic here in Somerdale. The only thing is the driving company connected is not good and they lied about something I did so that s my only complaint, but I still give this five stars.

I recently graduated from STR. I was in programming between May to September, originally PHP and then in the IOP mental health program. While in PHP I was in housing as well. There are family sessions offered too, but I did not utilize that service while at STR.While the house I was at was not perfect, administration tried their best to accommodate every concern clients had with the house. It was overall a clean and safe environment to live in. If there are any concerns advocate for yourself and ask a tech to call a house meeting if it is an interpersonal issue within the house. If you have a different issue communicate that to the director and it will most likely be handled promptly.The PHP (partial hospitalization program) for mental health is six days a week, 9am-1:30 Monday-Friday and 9am-12pm Saturdays. The program changes as needs change. When I first began there process groups were three hours long, but when I left they were two hours long with an additional hour of psych ed. While the day may seem long, everyone gets a break between noon and 12:30. Afternoon there are different types of therapy everyday like art therapy, DBT, CBT.IOP (intensive outpatient program) is only 9am-12pm three days a week, usually Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The director is accommodating though so if for any reason you need to not go on a Monday, you could always go on a Saturday if you advocate for yourself.You ll have one individual session a week with one of the clinicians. I had Ashley and she is phenomenal. While the staff really do care about the clients, Ashley definitely cares about clients and it shows in her work.You ll also have a session with either Dr. Newman or Monique once a week to go over medications they are both amazing!STR is shaped not just by the staff, but clientele too. I have reinforced and grew my support system while being at STR. And while I was in the mental health program, I have substance use disorder as well, I d recommend Steps to recovery struggling with their mental health or substance use. It may take a couple of weeks to really settle into the program, but continue to do the work since you are worth it and advocate for yourself if something isn t working for you.STR is also a great facility if you re part of the LGBTQ+ community. The staff here are not just accepting, but affirming. There is an optional LGBTQ+ group once a week with Christian, which was my favorite part of the week.

Helpful, kind, and patient recovery staff

So eternally grateful for this place and all the help it has done for my family member. Each and every staff member truly cares; I can see the difference already. Alex W in client services was on top of any concern I had. If there was an issue she was there from start to end to help my family. You can tell she cares. Victory Bay is an exemplary facility that handles such a vulnerable moment for many and helps people see there is a solution.

Just got here two days ago. Very warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Relevant and very helpful recovery education. House for women is beautiful. Very clean and pleasant house members. Everyone really is working hard on their recovery here and it shows. Wonderful and caring house manager. In just two days, I feel like I am at home and I feel very safe and comfortable. The director personally took his time to meet with me and the other new girls. He is a very nice man. Thank you sobriety solutions. I would recommend this rehab to anyone!!Especially coming from someone who is not a first time winner and has been to many other centers. Very appreciative and grateful for this place!!!

The staff at All In Solutions provide a wholistic approach to recovery. The expertise of the clinical staff paired with the knowledge and compassion of the medical staff make this chapter in recovery very rewarding and beneficial. Everyone starting with my case worker, Haylee, to my therapist, Shannon, and the administrative assistant, Erica, I was informed of my treatment plan and guided through the next steps in a informative, meaningful way. The housing staff, Kirsten, Brittany, Bridget, and Emilyann made this transitional phase not just comfortable, but also rewarding. I am grateful for the research-based, person first approach that All In Solutions offers and am eternally grateful for the opportunity.

Harmony was such a blessing to me. The clinical staff, especially one person in particular, Katie, the group facilitater was phenomenal. She was very transparent and relatable. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have completed the program. Thanks to her educating me and continued support, I can proudly say today I have 5 and a half months clean. My son and I thank you for saving my life!

The Staff working in this facility are top Tier! My daughter received the best care at Banyan. The way they heard me out, coordinated care, and made decisions based on her best interest is impressive. Dani and Amy were wonderful to work with. They understood I was unable to answer phones due to my schedule but I am great at responding to emails and they effortlessly shifted to sending me frequent email updates sometimes a few within 2hrs. Banyan Philadelphia staff incorporates the family's opinions. True Professionals, Thank you Banyan!

Colleen is one of the best counselors at Solstice. She always makes everyone in group feel super comfortable and always finds a way to make it fun and interesting.

Angela Baxter is the single greatest asset this facility has on hand.She is the most personable, down to Earth, and overall amazing therapist I've ever had the pleasure of working with, and I've been in and out of therapy like people are in and out of their local Wawa (s).She has a unique ability to put her clients at ease with humor. She utilizes laughter and good vibes to ensure that everyone she works with feels safe and at home.Her talents know no bounds. Have you ever seen her type? Roadrunner, take note I cannot say enough good about this saintly woman. Before I worked with her, I was lost. Because of this place, I just spent my fourth New Year s Eve sober and with my family. Their staff is amazing. They truly cared. The food was delicious. It was very clean. I ve even met people who went to a few different rehabs who still say that Mirmont was the best one. They never treated me like an addict. They treated me as a person who was suffering from alcoholism. From my therapist to the CA s, nurses and the management, empathized with what I was going through and empowered me and I could overcome the battle of addiction. My therapist Sydney was incredible. my family and I had one meeting with her, and she was excellent at communicating to them what I was going through. There were so many people there that were awesome. But this one guy in particular I believe his name was Craig or Greg - he was one of the CA s and an amazing speaker. He was energetic and fun he was able to break down addiction and how it works in the mind in a way that I was able to understand I think one of the best things about it was everyone there was fun It truly made the entire experience I learned to have fun again being sober Their trauma therapist, I believe his name was Dr. Scott was fantastic. It s been a number of years so I can t remember everybody s name, but I just know that everybody there was phenomenal. I was severely addicted to alcohol. I was lost and broken I hated myself and my addiction and because of Mirmont and my experience there (twice) I m not living a sober life. I m truly happier than I ve ever been. If you re thinking about getting sober just go. It will be the best decision you ve ever made for yourself
