SOBA is hands down the best rehab/recovery out there. I could not have asked Mike for anything more. He truly cares about every single patient and helps them as best as anyone can. Same goes for all of the techs, each one of them has had such a positive impact on my recovery and they love what they do, give all the support in the world and are always there to help no matter what I need. The chefs cook amazing food (which is important in recovery to get the body healthy again). I also learned so much mental health that I didn t know before and those are things that I can use for a successful recovery after SOBA and even for the rest of my life outside of recovery. I really enjoyed my stay here at SOBA and they changed my life when I was at my worst. I had a few problems there...but the problems weren't because of them, they were because I didn't want the help at the time. So its my only fault for leaving...but the counselors are great , my roommate was great , good was great, attitudes of nurses were great. The Jamaican nurse was amazing ....she treated me like a regular person the street and not just some random junkie..so even though I (A.M.A) ... [ Which means walking out of the detox without them giving consent] Because I was 3 days clean and thought I could go home and use Suboxone at home, but the taper and detoxi at home is harder then you think ,.. but I would even go back to this place but i would have to wait a month. I don't have a month to wait so I have to go somewhere else. But discovery is a good place. Give em a try.band I hope you're okay with your treatment to you all! You all deserve great lives
