I was so hesitant to come to High Focus after many tries at different IOPS/PHPs. After completing the program, I m so glad I stayed. I had a great experience at High Focus overall especially with the art therapy (thank you Melissa) and yoga therapy/sound bath (thank you Rachel) I learned soooo many coping skills and DBT skills that I will carry with me moving forward. If you re hesitant about getting treatment, know that it s normal to feel that way. Give it a try. You ll get past the uncomfortable feeling.
