    I had a great experience at Discovery Treatment Center, thanks to the fantastic staff, especially the nurses. Unfortunately, I had to leave unexpectedly and faced challenges with the personal belongings policy. I couldn't return for thirty days, and there was a 72-hour hold on my items, which made it hard to get my license and insurance card for another treatment center.Hal, the behavior tech supervisor, went above and beyond to help me; he photocopied my important cards and emailed them to me, demonstrating that he and the staff genuinely care about everyone s journey to recovery.While I appreciated the support, a revisit of the 72-hour hold policy should be considered, especially if items are needed to transition into a new treatment center. Overall, Discovery is a nice place with great staff, and I hope they can improve this aspect in the future.

They not only helped me live a better life but they helped anyone and everyone they could. Everyone is different and that is what people don t understand. You can t compare yourself with another because like I said every one is diagnosed differently. The staff to the owners are really caring and yes as time progresses and your mental health is stable, they put more responsibilities on the client because that is what the real world is about. This place is different from all the other because they simply care about the clients well being more than anything. People forget the condition they came in and just complain about the accommodations rather than being grateful for all the good they have done and all the help they had gave... They care a lot. I came here alone feeling lonely and now I made something close to a family...

    Great counslers at the children's center. Sometimes, no one answers the main line, or the secretary isn't at the desk. But there are friendly faces and people who care. Each therapist tries to make their office their own space; comfortable and unique, and full of sensory toys, games, and chairs. I'm not a fan of the adult center, it's the corporate of counseling centers. However, you can see in the children's center a lot of young, caring counselors that are actually there for the children.

    I want to give this hospital 5 stars but the reason why I gave a 4 is due to the house keeping when admitted to a room. The used towels sat in the bathroom for more than 2 days on the floor, the house keeping that comes in to sweep very lazy and can not speak english!!! As far as Doctors knowledge and nursing staff EXCELLENCE across the board!!! I am a director of operations of a very large corporation, and I know house keeping is a huge impression and acts as a representation of management!!! My roommate in the hospital is elderly the house keeping staff has not cleaned his tooth past from the sink counter in 2 days, the toilet not cleaned in 2 days and what I mentioned at the beginning as well, I blame who ever is in charge of house keeping etc.!!!
