This was the best decision I could have ever made for myself and the best place to have had it. The care I received while going through detox was absolutely incredible. This facility has onsite medical professionals 24/7 to help assist you with whatever needs your facing. The staff are all great people and the director Mike is such a good person. If you’re ready to have a fresh start and get you back then this is the place to go.

When I came here I was at my absolute lowest. Brian is the first Therepist that s ever actually listened to me. I m forever greatful for my time here, and would recommend this program to anyone in need of treatment

The doctors are professional and helpful. They really care about the veterans health.

This place literally saved my life & that is not an exaggeration by any means. The rehab I was at before coming to NJRC seemed like it could have cared less if I lived, relapsed or died. I was in excruciating pain the entire time I was there and just kept getting worse. And I thought NJRC was going to be more of the same. But thank the good lord I was dead wrong. Everyone from the techs in the housing like Alex, Luis, etc.. to the people who run the center - Ritchie, Jeremy, Tommy, etc.. helped me to get well every single day plus, my Therapist Rachel was a Godsend. She is like the sweetest person on the planet & helped get my life back on track . to the group facilitators like Phil, Theresa, Jessica, Karen, etc.. who made each and everyday a learning experience.. to the house managers Sue & my man Kenny who is from Queens, NY like myself who made my stay there as comfortable as possible not to mention people like Courtney, Kiyana, Phyllis(nutritionist), Dr. Cherrie Zapata who all helped in too many ways to count I could go on & on I highly recommend this place to anyone who is trying to better their life by giving up drugs & alcohol God Bless NJRC!

No other place had helped me in the way that I have needed but here. Ascendant has become my second home and I will never forget all the staff who had a part in my recovery. Everyone is extremely kind, loving, and highly trained. I am do grateful for everyone there!

My experience here was great. All the staff worked very well with me and they were accommodating with every need and want that I had during my treatment. If you are struggling, I highly recommend Serenity at Summit to help get you on track to recovery

I had a great experience at Discovery Treatment Center, thanks to the fantastic staff, especially the nurses. Unfortunately, I had to leave unexpectedly and faced challenges with the personal belongings policy. I couldn't return for thirty days, and there was a 72-hour hold on my items, which made it hard to get my license and insurance card for another treatment center.Hal, the behavior tech supervisor, went above and beyond to help me; he photocopied my important cards and emailed them to me, demonstrating that he and the staff genuinely care about everyone s journey to recovery.While I appreciated the support, a revisit of the 72-hour hold policy should be considered, especially if items are needed to transition into a new treatment center. Overall, Discovery is a nice place with great staff, and I hope they can improve this aspect in the future.

I was fortunate to have an amazing recovery coach through Mountainside, Travis Alfonso! He was a huge support in my early recovery. I could go to him with anything. He checked in frequently and we always had great sessions. He's what I'll miss most after moving on from Mountainside. Highly recommend working with him, especially if you're just starting your recovery journey. He always keeps it real and meets you on your level. Thanks for everything, Travis!

I would highly recommend the treatment center for anyone struggling with mental health.Before any type of commitment was made, the staff was able to work with me on short notice to tour the facility. Not only was I able to see the place, meet some of the staff, and see how things work, Jamie took almost an hour out of her type to continue to speak with me about what I was going through. All of this was with 0 commitment to the facility at all!During intake, the staff will work closely with you to full understand what is going on to recommend the right treatment plan.Also, I love how they offer alternative options for classes during the day outside of the Group Therapy sessions. The different classes are things like Yoga/Dance with Alcia (Highly recommend), Acting/Singing, Hiking, and even group outings to things like the Zoo! All of these things combined with the group therapy make for a very comfortable place to work on your true self!Attending Absolute Awakenings for my mental health changed my life for the better!

I recently spent some time with the staff here and toured their facility. Very impressive and devoted staff and people. Kind and safe environment. Everyone seemed to be excited to be there. Very cool perspectives and view on recovery and healthy living.

Good evening, I wanted to post this review of the HMH Riverview Medical Center Red Bank New Jersey. I was taken to the emergency room and admitted on 1/4/2025 for high blood pressure, shortness of breath, and dizziness. Everyone from the ER staff, patient staff, housekeeping, and food service were 100% professional and provided me with exceptional care and service during my stay.
