I cannot say enough good about Aware Recovery Care going back to February 2023. My first involvement was with their In-Home Detox team consisting of RN Jenn Aguire and nurses Tabitha and Krystal who came to my home for at least seven straight days to get me detoxed. This was critical to me as at the time I was unwilling to enter in residence detox having had a negative experience in the past. I credit them with saving my life. Their kind and compassionate care showed me that there was indeed some hope for me going forward. Following detox Aware counselors Sam Hayes and Amber Gelinas continued home visits working very closely with me in keeping me on the road to sobriety. I also received monthly assessments by an RN and a session with a Psychiatrist. After six months my insurance lapsed but thankfully I was eligible to enter their Alumni Program consisting of multiple Zoom meetings during the week with Aware professionals. In addition they also host various events in different locations with other Alumni of the program. You always feel that Aware is right there with you every step of the way. I could carry on much longer but let me finish by saying that I consider the Aware professionals I have dealt with to be more than just counselors but as friends as well. I am welcome back in the lives of my children and most importantly my Grandchildren. On November 24 I will be collecting my Nine Month sobriety chip at my AA Home Group. I credit a great deal of my success on Aware Recovery.

Just got out of a long 10 day stay due to gi issues was non stop vomiting for 2 weeks went to the er they got my vomiting under control then got a room and there the doctors continued to do bloodwork, imaging and testing to see what was going on all while keeping the nausea at bay after about the 6th day the vomiting had stopped completely and was able to eat a gastric emptying study later found out I have slow stomach digestion and am making changes to my eating habits I can't thank keene enough for their patience and understanding and helping me get another diagnosis on a long list of many others I have

Just visited the Heywood ER. We were seen within 30 min. Everyone, from the moment we checked in, from the security personnel, to the Doctor, & nurse, couldn't have been nicer, or more efficient. However, I do believe more staff is needed, as the patient to nurse ratio, was far from adequate.

Great structures equal great results .Go thete if you truly want to recover ,meetings from 8am to 8pm with breaks. When i was there i believe that to many folks were truly there not to recover but directed to be there. But yet the program never gave up on anyone. 60 days out they are still in contact with me. The aftercare support system is great and through Grace you supports are second to none!!I dont know how to thank them and i am defiantly awaiting to go back and speak .
