I have to say my experience at Bryan West Trauma was absolutely AMAZING! I broke 3 ribs and was told they needed to transfer me from crete to west Trauma- every single employee I came into contact with was amazing. Absolutely AMAZING- I got admitted into a room and was told I would need to stay one day and possible two to get the pain under control- that being said my nurse Blake was one of the best nurses I've ever had- it was after Blake left the night nurse became the problem- she went against Dr.s orders and REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE PAIN MEDS THAT WERE WRITTEN by the Dr.- I ended up leaving AMA, the entire reason I agreed to be admitted was to get the pain under control and when the night nurse treated me so horribly and refused - STEPHANIE- SHE HAS NO business being a NURSE! SHE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE- BUT understand the rest of my experience with all other employees was amazing. Hopefully people learn from this - I should have done more before I left, (to advocate for myself) but she was a bully and argumentive and honestly I just wanted out of there.

I checked myself into touchstone in 2017 I was so nervous but they all welcomed me with open arm's they were all so nice. They other people were younger than me and I was okay with that we all got a long and helped each other. Amy was my counselor and she helped me so much I'm forever greatful for all her help with the death of my father. I'm still in contact with a few of the people and staff members on social media.
