The unconscious we are born and raised with just don't want to change as old habits are difficult to change. Koduri saved my life as well as his entire staff. Don't be haters, don't be stubborn. Great Plains is one of the best. So, they deserve five stars just wished it could go beyond five stars. Great Plains are doctors and these doctors really know their jobs, they know what they're doing. I have confidence and trust in Great Plains. They even saved my mom and dad. I think a different place, I wouldn't be here today. Keyword...they saved my life more than once. So, give them the benefit of a doubt and trust them. Don't let your guts or inner voice judge them. My journey with Centennial Mental Health was a transformative experience that taught me the importance of prioritizing mental health. Despite facing challenges during my time there, I am grateful for the lessons learned and the support from my exceptional therapist, Bonnie and Boss Abby. My experience showed me the value of self-care and seeking help when needed. Although I encountered difficulties, I still believe in the power of mental health treatment and hope to inspire others to take control of their well-being. I had to myself and that is why I left as an employee with Centennial.Centennial mental health will no doubt help you in many different ways like they did me! I still believe SOME of Centennial cared and understood me in my personal journey in striving to be a better, true to self, and not feel worthless one more day and that I do in fact matter!Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to centennial in December due to not being able to be a client while being an employee. I did not receive any help whatsoever on the transition and with my diagnosis that was not fair and very unethical! I tried to get myself the help and find what I needed to continue to be in a successful journey with my mental health. Unfortunately I crumbled, I could not see nothing in front of me. I declined so bad that I'm still surprised Centennial mental health did not pick up on that. Unfortunately my cup was empty. I was nowhere in a good position to still be an employee with Centennial. That is why I had to walk away.I will still stand by them as they have given me so many tools, and strength to deal with my own personal battle with mental health. Thank you so very much Bonnie and Abby for teaching me that I am worth a lot and I choose to be the one that is happy! And also stop overthinking everything and feelings are not FACTS! I will never be ungrateful for that and that is why I still stand and say that centennial mental health cares and their program works!

Choice House gave me my life back. The staff are great and have all been in the same place and are in recovery too. I loved the focus on activity and community building. The individual therapy was also greatly beneficial. I stayed the three months and decided to do the sober living program. I can t recommend it more. As a man who traveled to country going to different treatment centers, I would say that I wish I had found Choice House earlier in my recovery journey.

Like so many others unfortunately, after having 13 years clean I had a hand surgery and opened up the doorway to a relapse Luckily, it was only a couple months before making the decision to change my life once again I found my way in to CMAR, which is medication assisted recovery but beyond that, they do so much more after getting past that, the level of professionalism that you receive from the counselors, and everybody on staff is amazing! I have struggled with mainly meth addiction for 8 years or so. I was feeling so sick everyday. My body felt toxic, the meth wasnt giving me energy anymore, I was depleted. I was craving nature and nutrition.I have been desiring to come to innerbalance for over 6 years now. I didn't have the money then. I went to 2 other rehabs before this one covered by medicaid instead. I honestly am thankful for all 3 of the rehabs I have been too. I have learned so much and after completing innerbalance and understanding all my underlying health issues and learning how to heal I finally believe I can move foward past addiction. I am so thankful and blessed to have gotten to come here. I haven't felt this good for a longtime. I feel joy again.I have a solid recovery plan, relapse prevention plan and relapse plan.
