My spouse was recently in a serious car accident. The care he received in the ER was very good - they were friendly, thorough, and kept me informed. When going up to the floor, the care was equally as good, an example is when the RN was taking his history, it was more like a conversation with an appropriate amount of time and eye contact (vs. putting info into a computer and not even looking at the patient). I appreciate MLH and trust them for our family's care 100%.
