I have to say my experience at Bryan West Trauma was absolutely AMAZING! I broke 3 ribs and was told they needed to transfer me from crete to west Trauma- every single employee I came into contact with was amazing. Absolutely AMAZING- I got admitted into a room and was told I would need to stay one day and possible two to get the pain under control- that being said my nurse Blake was one of the best nurses I've ever had- it was after Blake left the night nurse became the problem- she went against Dr.s orders and REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE PAIN MEDS THAT WERE WRITTEN by the Dr.- I ended up leaving AMA, the entire reason I agreed to be admitted was to get the pain under control and when the night nurse treated me so horribly and refused - STEPHANIE- SHE HAS NO business being a NURSE! SHE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE- BUT understand the rest of my experience with all other employees was amazing. Hopefully people learn from this - I should have done more before I left, (to advocate for myself) but she was a bully and argumentive and honestly I just wanted out of there.

We have been coming in for my husband s Depression treatments for a few months and they are always helpful and have great, positive attitudes. Armitha and Atlanta are especially such a joy to work with!
I have had such a great experience here! The front staff is super helpful and kind. Jenn has made such a positive impact on my life and I can't thank her enough for helping me achieve my goals in and out of her office. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
