BEST PLACE EVER. I have tried various other doctors/clinics and none of them even begin to compare to this one. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I can’t even make a single complaint. Dr Son is the best as well. He explains everything and you truly feel like he understands you. I can proudly say this, this place saved my life. If you or someone you know needs help getting off opiates do it right the first time and come here. You won’t be disappointed. If you are specifically struggling with fentanyl please don’t waste your time with other ways. I have tried 6 other methods from lazer therapy to having the earpiece to suboxone. Methadone is the key to our current fentanyl crisis. This clinic makes recovery possible again!

DPR was truly an amazing experience. They genuinely care about you and your recovery journey. Lucus pours his heart into this place and it shows. Cindy, TJ and JJ were extremely supportive and personable. The nurses, Amanda, Kenya, Bradie, and Kate were so kind and helpful. And of course Drew and Star were a highlight with the awesome food they prepared and had really great insight. It is truly a gem in the recovery community.

The facility, staff and overall program was first rate. I cannot recommend Discovery Point enough to those seeking help with learning to control an addiction and living a clean healthy life.

I don’t even know where to begin. This treatment center is truly changing lives. My husband attended their program during one of the hardest times our family has ever faced, and I can confidently say they gave us hope and confidence in his recovery. From day one, the staff treated him with compassion and dignity. They weren’t just professionals—they were caring, patient, and truly passionate about helping people rebuild their lives. The counselors went above and beyond, not just helping him work through addiction, but helping him rediscover who he is without it. What meant the most to me as a spouse was how they kept family involved and supported throughout the process. I felt heard and understood. This wasn’t just treatment—it was transformation.

Sadly, Windmill now is allowing previous employees to post reviews. This troubles me. My initial review was heartfelt and honest. It upsets me that Windmill is doing this. Windmill used to be better than this. Perhaps it has to do with the new ownership.

I had the most amazing experience of my life! WWR saved my life in many ways. I tackled multiple addictions and took advantage of every service they offer (which there are many!). The counselors and recovery advocates are incredible. While I now have the tools to go back to the real world, I will miss this place in my soul. I would recommend WWR to anyone needing to face addiction or any other mental challenge.

Saved my life! A solid and magical treatment facility.

My son had a mental health emergency in May. Although he didn’t go to La Hacienda Brittany was Amazing in guiding us through such a difficult time! By God’s grace and Britanny’s help my son is doing so much better. I highly recommend starting here if you don’t know what to do with a family member or friend going though mental or substance abuse issues.

Words could never express my appreciation for the team at La Hacienda. The buildings are older than I expected, but the love and treatment there is state of the art. The time spent there will put you or your love one on the right track to the life you are seeking. The family program is not easy, but plays a huge role in success. The family support during and after is amazing. It is like an extended family reunion of support each week, where joys are celebrated and those experiencing set backs are supported. Our family will always appreciate and be thankful for La Ha.

These people have helped me recover from the worst point in my life to become a much better happier person today. I owe my life and my family to this place. Especially Leia, Cynthia, and Mary. But I want to thank everyone else for being a part of this process.

They Ubered me to the clinic when my car broke down and even they stayed open late because of the bad weather. These people always go the extra meter to take care of me no matter what. Five stars!!!

I completed a full stay at the lighthouse sober living as well as went through their PHP, IOP, and SOP programs they offer. Lighthouse didn’t just get me back on my feet, but they laid the necessary tools to live a happy, sober, and independent life in front of me and showed me in depth how to use each and every one of them. I will forever be in debt to what this program gave me during the most formative year of my life. Lighthouse is one of very few places where every staff member truly just wants to see you succeed. I could go through the list of names, but it would be too long. The Orchard changed my life! Between the staff, counselors, and management there unified goal is something I have never seen! From the minute you arrive you are greeted with hellos, smiles, and staff focused solely on you and your recovery. With accomodations similar to a 5 star resort you won't find another facility that pays attention to the little details. Lastly, what I believe makes The Orchard the best in the country....is there program. While learning about addiction, Counselors work with you to address the underlying issues that started you down your addiction journey. I was able to tackle years of trauma and unspoken issues that once addressed freed me from the shackles of addiction. Since leaving the Orchard I have remained sober and The O will always be a place of healing and hope! If your looking for the real deal- this is the place you want to be!

The staff at Ripple were an incredible group of people! They were all incredibly loving, caring, and supportive. If you’re considering rehab or have questions about it, I highly recommend Ripple. They changed my life. It wasn’t an overnight transformation, but they helped me sober up and discover the root cause of my addiction. After 15 years of hard-core drug use, I’ve quit several times, but always relapsed after a few weeks. However, I’ve been sober since I left Ripple and now have a completely different perspective on life. If you’re on the fence about rehab , I wholeheartedly recommend Ripple. You won’t regret it.

Before coming here I went to the 30 day program at PRC Dallas (Euless) and it went by so fast! Thank you PRC for saving my life! This was my first time ever going through this process. William made me feel right at home. Not only did he show every person compassion he showed us all that he really cares and unconditionally.

Amazing program and the staff genuinely cares.

Long story short, 35 years of hard drinking landed me in a ditch in a city I'm not even from. But I thank GOD every day for it! My desperation for change got me to Briarwood detox center. I was so scared but I was unusually willing to do anything, the night before waking up in that ditch I was contemplating suicide, again. For so many years I watched my life fall apart time and time again, over and over. I really never understood why I was unable to control my drinking. Leaving Briarwood and while being transported to Nova recovery center I didn't know what to expect but my anger and anxiety were already building. I still can't get over how amazing Nova looks, it pretty much relaxes you the minute you arrive! I had never been to "rehab" before so I was blown away by the beauty of the amenities and the attentive staff. So with that said, I was sweet and grateful to be there for about 48 hours and then I started being the walking talking character defect stage character I was, telling everyone how they should do their jobs and finding things, if not inventing things to complain about. I still get embarrassed sometimes of my actions and comments I made the first weeks of my stay. But what stands out is how the staff didn't even blink! I never got the reaction I would of deserved! I was loved on! I was given understanding and compassion! They treated me like the sick person who needed help, that I was! They dug in and held me accountable with truth and what I referrer to as grace. The Recovery specialist who work with us, for us and teach us vital solutions to my disease of alcoholism that I will be forever grateful for. From the frequent individual counseling sessions to the daily group counseling classes to the, "hey I need to talk!", I received an understanding of how to maintain my life of sobriety! Nova is a very important and special place to me so I could really go on and on but the main point I want to testify about is this, I'm truly a better person today because of the dedication to helping people by the Nova recovery family! Place is fantastic! One of my relatives completed the program, and their progress has been remarkable.

I really needed some accountability and to be around other sober people after a relapse on alcohol in August. I signed up for the online IOP service and my counselor was Jasmine. She was amazing. I found myself looking forward to group everyday and felt a great relief of wanting to use after group. It helped me stay sober and maintain abstinence from alcohol I am truly grateful for the program. Jasmine is amazing and I consider her a good friend at this point she was able to talk me out of using my stinking thinking a lot of times and evaluate my situations from another perspective, which helped me get away from the parts of me that contribute to relapse.

Nova is far from perfect, and some of the information can be misleading. But if you want to dive deep into the 12 Steps while enjoying good food and a beautiful scenic view, this is the place for you. The staff is great — the RAs and techs are friendly and genuinely care. The woman who runs it, however, can be unreasonable and enforces some silly rules (like not being allowed to save your food for later — insanity), but fortunately, she’s not around much. Jeff and Korn are the ones who really run the show. They have a ton of recovery experience and are both awesome guys who truly care. Jeff changed my life and helped save my marriage, so the place gets five stars from me for that reason alone. Thank you to Jeff, Korn, Cassandra, Jen, Leon Phelps, Aaron, and the rest of the staff!

If you’re looking for somewhere to go just to satisfy your family and chill out for a while, this probably isn’t the place for you. If you’re serious about making changes I highly recommend Nova. I went to Austin with a duffle bag of clothes and no plan 9 years ago, I built a new life with what I learned there.

This rehab facility truly attempts to rehabilitate you. If I had any other injury again, I would come back here for a recovery. The staff is knowledgeable and more than helpful and polite

My son Chad Finley was there in December of 2023. Chad was a really bad alcoholic . He have been making bad choices of driving while he was drinking. He's had several DWIs. Ever since he finished his program at your recovery center Chad has not had any alcohol he has been alcohol-free from that day. So i had a good/bad experience coming to the into action rehab center.This was a while back in 2017 like 8 years ago when huricane Harvey hit.By the way im comkng from vegas to houston.so I was 2 weeks there bearly finding & getting myself backk all together surely but slowly. Then that hurricane hit, so most of the employees weren't showing up cuz it was pretty big and we had alot of time jjs doing nothing cuz all meetings and group activities weren't going on.Then I had a minor problem with one of the patience there(its a long story but have no problem discussing it if asked)but got into 2 altercations with the same person.Im guessing both weren't my fault cuz u guys didnt kick me out.the second one u guys asked me what do I want to do and I thought i was ready and at that time i felt like everybody was against me and I jus told Tony the lady that was running at the time that I wanted to go home.so I left.u guys told me u guys kicked the other dude out.it was probley the biggest mistake I could of made tho cuz 8 years later nothings change.you guys were the only rehab place I been too.what im trying to get at is i think I need some type of help right now.im serious about quiting but It seems like I keep going down the same paths right into the same cycle.i believe I met u one time while I was there but this is one thing I been wanting to get off my chest and do regardless if something happens or not atleast I tried and gave this a shot.But other then whether conditions like hurricanes u guys are 5 star hands down best rehabilitation center ever. 🙏🙌👏🙏🙌👏🙏🙌👏🙏🙌👏🙏🙌👏🙏 Thanks, Anthony V.

Donna Stubbe Has really looked out for the community and people that we serve. I had one of my Sponsee’s who really needed help and it was in a crisis situation. Donna dropped what she was doing and got my Sponsee into treatment quickly, which was what he needed his family thanked me so did his wife thank you Donna for your speed and your integrity and handling my friend.

Star Lite recovery center was life-changing for me. I attended the resort as a client for 40 days and once as a detox patient. This last slip up for me found me in detox. The staff and medical support was fantastic. A big shout out to Doc Davis! Truly a blessing. One person that stands out is the individual who I reached out to for help to get enrolled for detox. I actually had to do nothing because she lined it all up and got it taken care of.This individual is Donna Stube. I honestly feel that me knowing her for the last six years has impacted and helped me save my life. There’s nothing that I can say or complain about that Donna hasn’t already gone through so there’s no “pulling the wool over her eyes”. However, she’s very caring, compassionate and I owe a lot of my success in sobriety to Donna.

This place was a huge game changer for my husband. He was really struggling with alcoholism when he arrived. Everyone was kind, honest, and patient. He stayed the whole 90 days and still wasn’t ready to leave, he loved it so much. He found peace in himself here. I came here for my recovery, and at first I would say that I didnt like it, but that was making excuses for myself. But I stayed and graduated, this place tought me to learn patience and roll with changes that can come up in real life and not have to turn to drugs.
