The staff don t seem to understand the med schedule or med amount for alcohol detox.They expect you to make 2 out of 3 meals for yourself while your going through hell which isn t easy.And if you decide to leave early because the conditions are awful, they ll cold shoulder you and throw you literally out on the street in damp clothes in the cold because of the dudes ego that was running the place.Told them I wasn t familiar with Pendleton and didn t know where I was when I was disoriented from a partial detox. Got stone faces and cold shoulders.It was a nightmare.These guys pretty much seem like insurance vultures who shouldn t be in the detox game at all in my opinion.

Richland VA CBOC provides the worst behavior health service I have ever recieved. Beware! On my very first appointment, their nurse practitioner tried to take me off all of the meds that I have been on for years. Needless to say I had an episode. I have been to 6 different VA clinics or hospitals and this one is by far the worst.
