It was my first treatment center I've been to. The staff and facility was very helpful and I enjoyed the help I needed to start my new life in recovery. I would recommend it to everyone and it's the only facility in the state that allows people who smoke cigarettes can smoke the cooks are awesome and the food is great.

I was a patient at Pathways in 1997. I was 16yrs old. I had a bad drug and alcohol problem. I moved to Kallispell with my mother and her boyfriend from Milwaukee Wisconsin that year. My mother had me admitted into pathways because my drinking and drugs were too out of her control to handle anymore. I stayed there for almost 3 weeks but was discharged for being disruptive in the groups and was putting my fellow patients at risk for relapse. At the time I had no intention of staying clean. I was a mess. My mother had mental health issues of her own which was hard enough because we were homeless the whole time we lived in Kallispell. I'm now 43yrs old and not a day goes by where I don't wish I could do it over at Pathways. It was an excellent facility to go to for help with addiction. I now have 15yrs clean off drugs and alcohol. I had to want to stay clean for myself and not my parents. If I lived in Kallispell 15yrs ago when I first got clean I definitely would have chosen Pathways Rehabilitation Center. I apologize for all the trouble I gave the staff at Pathways when I was a patient there. They were good people with good intentions but when I was 16 I couldn't see that if I wanted to. The point of this review is to let the addicts out there know that in order to work a recovery program you have to do it for yourself and not someone else because you will keep falling off the wagon again and again until you truly want to stay clean and live a fulfilling lifestyle. I think if I had worked a program while I was a patient at Pathways they could have helped me.

It is a very cool place for those in need,it's a great place to get your head together and make a plan to renew your life.

As a fellow physician, I have been very impressed and pleased with the care provided by Dr. Swanson and his team to his patients. I can not speak to other providers, but if similar to the attention, care, willingness to collaborate, and open-mindedness experienced with Dr. Swanson, it will be quality care. Appreciate Laura Dickerson's dedication to helping so many people in our community deal with addiction. She cares about helping the family members as much as she does the addict.

Friendly staff, great activities for disabled adults, with wraparound services.

I ve always had great service from all of the people here at all nations that I ve worked with. They provided me with a year and a half of quality therapy for free. Aimee was amazing as a therapist. I highly recommend for other native Americans needing mental health care, their services have changed my life for the better!
