We sent our son, Will to Turning Winds in September of 2023 when he was 13 years old. It was the hardest decision we ever had to make as parents but our home life up to that point was not sustainable. Our son had significant behavior issues and school refusal. He was destructive, defiant and refused to leave the house. The work the staff at Turning Winds did with our son has changed our lives. They taught him how to communicate and connect with other kids and adults. They helped him build trust and positive relationships that didn't exist when he was home. Now that Will is home, we are enjoying the simple things that other families might take for granted like seeing our son smile and spending time together. Turning Winds changed everything for us and we will be forever grateful!

I've had nothing but a good experience here. Thanks for honoring veterans and taking care of us. The care I received from the ER Staff and Doctor White was exceptional.
