I ve always had great service from all of the people here at all nations that I ve worked with. They provided me with a year and a half of quality therapy for free. Aimee was amazing as a therapist. I highly recommend for other native Americans needing mental health care, their services have changed my life for the better!

I am forever grateful for the staff at RMC, they truly care about every person going thru. I've been to other inpatient treatment facilities, all of which helped me, however RMC is different than all the rest. You are seen,heard, and cared about by all staff-its like nowhere else I've ever been! Huge shout out to Allison, my case manager and Jeff, my LAC, they went above and beyond and I thank my lucky stars for them everyday since I stepped foot at The Lodge, Allison expecially. No matter what was going on she stepped up to make sure everything was ok with me always. Didn't matter how many calls she had to make or what mountains needed to be moved she made the calls and moved the mountains. The owner, Dwight, was so kind to us all and even made time to listen- that's unheard of at every other place I've been to. The chefs- beyond amazing everyday. All staff is friendly and know your name and get to know you. Again that's unheard of in my past experiences. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for everybody at RCM-YOU ALL HAVE TRULY HELPED ME CHANGE MY LIFE! craziest part is even after you leave they are all still there if you need them- all you gotta do is call. I'm beyond blessed to have been able to go through the program at RCM- true story.

As a person who became dependent on medication for chronic pain for many years, I decided it was time to be out from under them. I hadn't worked with anyone on this before, so I was pretty intimidated. No reason! These people treat everyone with respect and decency, without judgement. Not to mention they were able to help me that very day, and helped me to feel so much better immediately! Just a great asset to those of us who are in similar situations, and I would recommend them to anyone trying to rid themselves of the ever growing gorilla on their backs, like me. If they can help me, of all people, they can help you too! Don't wait any longer, go get the life you deserve without the substance/(s) that you think make life easier! Full five star rating! This was the best treatment center I have ever been to. The staff are so nice. The nurses are working so hard. The support staff are the best. My LAC Susan was especially the best I loved her. Alot of the staff are recovering attics and they are so understanding and they are doing great things. They have a lot of fun sober activities and go here if you are struggling!!!

Hannah is a exceptionally talented and personable hygienist. Front desk ladies are delightful also.

This place is absolutely life saving! The care the Case Managers and LAC s take with their clients is TOP-NOTCH! Mandy has worked wonders for me personally so a HUGE shout out to her- just an amazing woman! The staff are literally Angels in disguise. The knowledge and care that the LAC s share shows the loving people that they truly are; they love us for the people we are, not who we were. Living areas are great, the gym is stacked, the grounds themselves are open and friendly. I have a completely new outcome on life! I could go on and on about this Treatment Center! I was a patient at Pathways in 1997. I was 16yrs old. I had a bad drug and alcohol problem. I moved to Kallispell with my mother and her boyfriend from Milwaukee Wisconsin that year. My mother had me admitted into pathways because my drinking and drugs were too out of her control to handle anymore. I stayed there for almost 3 weeks but was discharged for being disruptive in the groups and was putting my fellow patients at risk for relapse. At the time I had no intention of staying clean. I was a mess. My mother had mental health issues of her own which was hard enough because we were homeless the whole time we lived in Kallispell. I'm now 43yrs old and not a day goes by where I don't wish I could do it over at Pathways. It was an excellent facility to go to for help with addiction. I now have 15yrs clean off drugs and alcohol. I had to want to stay clean for myself and not my parents. If I lived in Kallispell 15yrs ago when I first got clean I definitely would have chosen Pathways Rehabilitation Center. I apologize for all the trouble I gave the staff at Pathways when I was a patient there. They were good people with good intentions but when I was 16 I couldn't see that if I wanted to. The point of this review is to let the addicts out there know that in order to work a recovery program you have to do it for yourself and not someone else because you will keep falling off the wagon again and again until you truly want to stay clean and live a fulfilling lifestyle. I think if I had worked a program while I was a patient at Pathways they could have helped me.

All but two of the TT s were amazing, and seemed very invested in patient recoveries, My counselor was both empathetic and challenging. And created a safe space for me to be honest with myself and her. I have been to this treatment center three times now. Every time I have gotten a lot out of it, but this last time changed my life. Sometimes I think people confuse treatment with a vacation and a spa. But if you are willing to try and do the work necessary, they Will go so far for you. But of course, they are not gonna work harder than you re willing to work. I can t say enough about the Case Manager currently she went above and Beyond for me. She had a massive impact on my heart, My life and my recovery. My counselor Case Manager, and the Director all made me feel like a priority. And sometimes I struggle with myself a priority. It meant the world to me.

This is the first team that has listened to me and taken care of my needs. When I bring a problem to them I am not ignored. My concerns are addressed. This team really shows that they care about not just our well-being but also our comfort.
