We were seen quickly last night. I had an adverse reaction to a medication. I can't say enough good things about the staff at this ER!! Gabrielle was friendly! Miranda, my nurse, was compassionate and kind! Dawn was wise and wonderful! Dr. Shankar even stopped in before we left to double check that we were in agreement with my treatment plan, moving forward. I was very impressed by him, also! They gave me excellent care! Great job, Mercy Hospital!

Angie (jones) is absolutely amazing. She is kind and compassionate and always willing to lend a helping ear. Additionally, the staff are very friendly and helpful - I had to make two adjustments to my appointment and they found open spots in a timely manner. Would HIGHLY recommend.

ive never felt more love from people who aren t related to me in any way. I loved steve gina stacey and everyone at the front desk! the staff truly loved us in the adolescent unit and i reccomend this to anyone going through a tough time. they saved my life.

Courtney Hollingsworth helped me through several losses and overall mental health stability. Johnathan helped my husband and I through difficult times as a couple. We both don't know what we would do without both counselors. We highly recommend Avenues Counseling Center to anyone who may need help with something serious to even something minor. My husband and I worked on a our communication and how to have the best marriage possible.

I unfortunately had to visit St. Mary s after an incident at work. The staff I met, Jadin, Dr. Alex and Bethany, were incredibly kind, empathetic and helpful. We were able to joke around and talk during my treatment which put me so much at ease. While I did not catch her name, there was a sweet older lady security guard who was also really kind and helpful! She answered all of my questions and had a smile on her face tbat just made my day. I hope to never have to use the ER again, but if you do-choose here. They re wonderful.

The nurses were caring and showed me respect. I felt really comfortable being there we had a lot of activities to do instead of just laying in our beds all day doing nothing. The food there was not great could have been better but overall i feel so much more better since i left there.
