I was admittedly very nervous to go to a new office for my mental health care after Compass Health took over Phelps Health. However, I have never had better mental healthcare. I am so pleased. The first psychiatric NP they set me up with was a very bad match, but I was able to be switched to a new one, which I really appreciated. The new psychiatric NP I got was just amazing. My CSS (Community Support Specialist) is really helpful in my mental health journey. Every CSS I've met is caring, kind, and I feel like they genuinely care about my mental health and well-being. I have a therapist I see telehealth now and she is really helpful. She's a trauma informed therapist and she seems to really know what she's talking about. I recommend Compass Health as they have been instrumental in my life and mental health, as well as helping me grow as a person.

I have been going too spero health for almost 3 years and i really do love coming here. I could stay home and do this online but because this place is as great as it is id rather drive 45 / 50 minutes too come here. The doctor is amazing, the staff is so nicely characterized. Nobody here is judgemental towards you. Ive never had any majors problems here and any minor problems such as insurance or whatever it may be has always been taken care of fastly. I got a second dui and had to take group classes with ms. Mona. At first I was like anyone else would be " this is lame I Don have a problem." After some time I actually started yo look forward too group and it really did help alot. Ms. Mona is great and does a wonderful job keeping everyone engaged with whatever the topic is that night. It became a lot like a group therapy session. I also work on the boat and would miss class. Ms. Mona and the staff were always awesome in helping me make up classes so that I could complete the course onetime and be able to get back to a regular life again. Definitely would recommend this program to anyone who needs it.

We had so many amazing staff members called BHT Terry, Melissa Joyce from Kenya. Henry mark Rachel, and so many others. They made you feel right at home and although it s not a place you want to be trust me your sobriety means everything to them. Raquel was my nurse practitioner who I enjoyed immensely and Josie was my therapist who I absolutely adored. they make sure to give you plenty of activities to do during the day so that you re never bored and sitting around too long. The only thing I can say is food needed improvement but other than that everything was absolutely stunning and amazing.
