They help you build a foundation for a sober and mentally healthy lifestyle. They focus more on mental health, instead of just sobriety, which is the key to a successful recovery. I learned how to deal with my nearly uncontrollable anxiety and no longer use alcohol as a coping mechanism. I honestly can t say anything negative about my experience at Synergy.
