Healing House made such a positive impact on my life. When I went in I was broken and beat down from many years of drug use, and I honestly didn't know how to function like a normal person anymore. They brought rules and structure to my everyday life. The leaders actually care about the people coming in the door. Not to say that are going to coddle you, they are very real and expect you to work an honest program. And I found in my time there that most everyone I knew including myself that actually wanted to get clean; did very well in the program. So thank you Healing House. You will always have a place in my heart.

I've been a client here since 2011, and I'm so grateful. It's a life saver, but like all recovery clinics you can only get out of it what you put into it. It's easy to blame others when things go wrong, but it's almost always our fault! I had a very hard time, until I stopped arguing and followed direction! They know about recovery, all I knew was self destruction, but thought I was so smart! Now I'm doing really good. This place is great. It's now called Rediscover Transitions, staff is great, doctors great! Give it a shot if you need it!

They actually went to where he was "living" and brought him back into their treatment center. For the first time in his life, THIS time, he has not walked out and has stayed there for going on four months. He also has serious OCD, which he has learned much about from being there through their education programs. We all know that these disorders are difficult, but for some reason, finally, my nephew is beginning to see his life with more self-awareness and clarity. Early in his treatment there, he complained to me that there were many strict rules for the residents. My response to him was, "How many rules did you have for yourself to comply with when you were drinking constantly, that you followed to improve the quality of your life?" Now, he strives to comply with those simple rules.

How Much Does Drug Rehab Cost in Kansas City?

Kansas City is the 134th most expensive city nationwide for addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $57559. This is comparable to the average cost of $56782 for addiction treatment in Missouri and comparable to the national average cost for drug rehab of $57,193.

The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Kansas City vary widely and depend on several factors, including:

Comparing the Cost of Rehab in Kansas City

The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of medical detox, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and medication assisted treatment. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.

These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below.
