Actually facilities was extremely clean n comfortable spacious kinda. You do have to share room n bathroom with 1 to 3 other clients. Facility extremely good at what they do. Food was fantastic. At times u feel like there should be more to do but in the end sobering up n dealing with issues u will be grateful for the rest. I would recommend this facility to others the staff helped me n cared about me I ll never forget them. Not 5 star only cause limited smoke breaks! They hold your smokes and there are 9 allotted smoke breaks a day. Issues with getting more when u ran out even tho u had money with u n they could go to the store for shampoo for u but refused to purchase smokes n u would get punished if caught sharing

I have been a client their for quite some time, I love everything about this place, the counselors are awesome, the class sessions are hard on you- mind blowing, kicks butt and gets str8 down to it, and they actually show they care about their patients and value their lives, front desk is friendly, welcoming and patient, the whole team and atmosphere there is comforting, determined, inspiring and life changing. I d definitely highly recommend any friend of a friend or someone who truly needs help with their addiction to this facility where in my experience you get superior care!!P.s. I love this clinic very much. Firstly, the clerk, a brunette lady with glasses whose name I unfortunately don't know, is so, so, so sweet and is always very patient. She never makes me feel rushed or like I'm in the way, and best of all, she always compliments my perfume!! it makes me so happy :) secondly, I see the therapist Jon. I love him so much!! I thank God I started going to Region 8. They have helped me so very much. I did have a few therapist that were not the right fit for me, so I requested a change and now I have been seeing the same one for over a year and have finally started seeing improvement. Everyone there has been great. The front desk staff are not the best but you find people who are not that nice at any place. The people who are there to help in the back have always been wonderful to me.
