Dr. Bachman is hands down one of the best M.D. on my medical team. For several years he has demonstrated a level of professionalism that stands above the rest in the medical industry. Dr. Bachman develops personalized approaches for his patients. He treats you like you are his top priority and not just a number. The level of care he provides is top of the line. Lastly he demonstrates compassion and empathy towards his patients. I would strongly recommended Dr. Bachman ! Thank you for being an advocate for me and the life changing care you have provided !

I'm currently in the program living @ one of the spirit houses it's a great Faith based program. The staff and owner really help you.

I have been looking for housing. My friend Kathy took me here. I did my intake and they said they would let me know. Huge buildings and very nice place. They are doing some remodeling.

The care provided here is excellent. Staff really care about the residents and it consistently shows.

I love coming here. I've been in therapy on and off my whole life. No one has picked out and helped me directionally with my traumas as they have. I've seen two therapists here. One for life and grieving the other for EMDR. They both have been fantastic and such a great asset to my healing journey. Nystrom as a whole system is great as well for medication, nutrition and referrals for other issues. Truly a blessing to have. I've recommended a friend to nystrom after not connecting with other therapist and she's enjoying her therapist as well.

I will forever be grateful for Nuway 3rs. I have been through Nuway 3rs program and this placed truly saved my life and was a major stepping stone in my journey to recovery! I hope and pray this place continues to have an impact on others who walk through their doors as it has mine. Thank you to everyone who played a role in my journey. I have been a patient here at least 30 years. I love NPWC the Medical staff and personnel that work here do so because this is where they want to work. This is not a place you work just for a paycheck! I love the diversity of the staff and the clients. Everyone is welcome is here.I love my Primary Dr. Schabert. I don tknow how many years I ve been her patient but I m sure it s been over a decade. She is an excellent physician. She is through and I trust her very much.She cares about her patients and will make hunt you down to ensure that you are following are orders. She tickles me!The Director, Dr. Erickson just retired after three decades! He is the kindest caring person you could ever hope to have. His presence will be missed by everyone. A bureaucrat he was not!! During Covid he was right out front inthe midst of it. Making sure the testing protocols were running properly. He was in the clinic on Saturdays! He saw patients along with the other staff. In other words he walked the talk! So congratulations Dr. Erickson on a career well done! Thank you for being youThere are so many more people that have been great to me over the years.In Behavioral Health, Therapist Ann Sparks, who is another person that is retiring this February. I will miss her very much. She has been very good to me. I felt safe telling my stories to her and she was always there for me with clarity and sage advice. Empathy when needed and a gentle but firm push when required.Dr. Alton is another person that is a good physician to have to have on your corner team. He steers the boat to where you need it to go. He keeps you grounded and I appreciate it.I don t want to forget the Health CareAttendants. They make the patient feelat at ease and take care of basic requirements for the doctors charts. This enables the doctors to spend moretime talking with their patience. Time is so valuable between a doctor and their patient. They make easier for the doctors to their jobs easier and more efficient. They are the ones that do the set ups and the finish parts as well.The front desk/ referral / triage department are the crew that makes all of Northpoint work. Their job is no easy task rather on the phone or face to face! I ve seen some delicate situations handled with kindness, patience, compassion and professionalism.I appreciate their dedication and patience they exhibit everyday on the job. They treat me with o and respect (the old school staffers know me well).I know this was a long review but this is a very special place with very special people working here.

Anna the head floor nurse on 3E was a gracious host and facilitated a mentorship session with a brother veteran. This was very humbling for me and especially Dave, the day before Veteran's Day!

I ve had a very good experience with Valhalla Place in Woodbury. One time the building had water damage and I had to wait like 2-3 hours at another clinic to get dosed. But that was a freak thing.Valhalla has saved my life. I ve never had an issue there that wasn t my own doing.Been coming for like 12 years and I just do not see any of the negatives that people have listed. It s been only positive for me when I m on the sober track. I ve been clean for over 500 days now.Thank you, Valhalla Place.

I love this place. The staff are very nice and very helpful. I thank God for them for now. I am on the right path and never going back to drugs ever again.

CEDAR RIDGE is an essential reason in my return to recovery. Staff; welcoming, skilled, and confident; crucially needed in spite of the COVID pandemic during my brief time there. The falls were at their best with all the rain we had. Enjoyed walking down all the stairs and seeing the falls from another angle.
